Tenerife is one of the most popular holiday destinations, offering the widest range of tourist attractions of any of the Canaries, with its stunning volcanic scenery and distinctive beautiful sands. There are plenty of watersports to enjoy and a vibrant nightlife to discover.
Los Cristianos / Dinastia area
Coast/Beach The nearest beach which faces the harbour is a 15 minute walk and Las Vistas beach a further 5 minutes away. These provide safe, comfortable bathing for both adults and children with no shortage of sunbeds, or just open beach.
Golf 5 golf courses all within a short drive/taxi ride, 2 of which are Championship course. There are 2 x 27 hole : Golf del Sur and Adeje, 2 x 18 hole: Las Americas and Amarilla, and 1 x 9 hole at La Palos - all provide club hire and most of restaurant. Amarilla also provides a range of other activities such as pitch-n-put, swimming, riding, tennis. For golfers who would like to travel a little further away, Buenavista Golf is an 18 hole course designed by Seve Ballesteros alongside the coastline of Ila Baja around 75 minutes away.
Travel Nearest airport is Reina Sofia which is approx 10 mins drive. Car hire is not essential but are not expensive if you decide to tour the island. Apartment is very close to local bus station with access to the whole island of Tenerife. Taxis are plentiful and fares reasonable. There is a rank situated within a couple of mins walk of Dinastia.
Distances Los Cristianos town is a 15 minute stroll. A 10 minute taxi ride will take you into Las Americas. If you like to walk, you will not be disappointed with the scenery walking along the sea front via the beaches of Las Vistas, Del Bobo, Puerto Colon, San Eugenio, Torviscas, Fanabe, to the resort of Del Duque - this will take around 2 hours.
Further details Within a couple of minutes walk there are 3 supermarkets where you can buy essentials. 'Iceland' is around a 10 minute walk if you want to buy British labels. There are a number of bars and restaurants close to the complex and with Los Cristianos centre only a 15 minute stroll, you have a variety of cuisine - Spanish, Italian, Chinese. Banks and 'hole in the wall' facilities are available only a few minutes walk away. The Island Tour is a must for people who have never visited Tenerife. Visit Mount Teide, Loro Parque is great for the kids, Dophin, Whales, Sea-lion shows as well as other animals.

Louvred shutters allow windows to be left open at night. Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, bidet large mirrored vanity unit. Fully tiled in beautiful black/grey marble. English TV Kitchen: American style with oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Sufficient crockery/glassware for 6 people. Breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.
Utility Room: Iron/ironing board and basic cleaning equipment, mop, bucket, sweeping brush etc. An ideal place for putting suitcases. Washing machine.
Living Rooms: Spacious, TV, DVD player, stereo radio CD player. Large comfortable corner suite and easy chair. Sofa folds out providing a good quality double bed. Coffee table. 2 fans. Additional wardrobe facility should there be 4 people sharing.
Other: One of largest terraces on complex (32.5sqm). Very private and ideal for sunbathing or relaxing in the evening. Sea/mountain views. Quality patio seating for 6 and parasol plus 2 sun loungers and additional parasol.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen, with exception of beach towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Apartment thoroughly cleaned before arrival and for stays of more than 7 days, additional cleaning can be provided if required. Please advise when booking.
Further details outdoors: Apartment is a 4th floor penthouse. Lifts available. There are 2 pools (including 1 for infants). The pool area has large sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers and toilets. This complex makes a charge for sunbeds/parasols. The pool bar is open all day, providing hot/cold snacks and drinks until early evening - Danny & Alec will make you very welcome.
Notes on accommodation: Security grills have been tastefully sited for maximum security, and peace of mind, when apartment is empty and allows doors and windows to be left open for ventilation when sleeping. The complex also has a night security patrol.

Further details
This apartment is only available for families or couples - strictly no singles or single gender groups. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. NB: a security bond of £100 is payable with the balance which will be refunded once keys are returned and apartment inspected. Full payment is required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of department date. A named responsible adult, over the age of 21, is required for all bookings.
