1 bedroom apartment with shared pools (with bar) situated on a new complex. Las Vistas beach is approx a 15-20 min walk down hill. The centre of Los Cristianos is a 10 minute stroll. Playa de las Americas is approx a 30 minute walk. Taxi's are plentiful and the taxi rank is close by.
Excellent pool bar with Sky TV serving drinks, hot, & cold snacks, breakfast, all at reasonable prices. Table football and pool tables are situated close to the bar. There are 2 heated pools (November –March). One large pool and one children’s. Large sun terrace ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Sunbeds and parasols for hire at poolside. There are lifts to all floors.

The Tenerife region
Las Vistas beach is approximately a 15- 20 minute walk down hill from the complex. The beach is sand and offers a wide range of water sports. Set back from the beach are a large number of bars and restaurants. There is a smaller beach
5 golf courses are a short drive away. They vary from 9 hole par 27 to 27 hole par 72.
Los Cristianos / Arona area
Loro Parque is situated in the north of the island was founded as a paradise for parrots and has now is the biggest tourist attraction of the Canaries. The park offers lots of attractions including dolphins, sea lions, gorillas, chimpanzees, tigers and alligators.. For the more energetic there is even an adventure playground.
The Parque Nacional de las Cañadas del Teide includes an enormous volcanic crater 48 km in circumference, out of which rises Mount Teide at a staggering 3.718 metres. This is the Canary Islands most visited tourist attraction and must not be missed.
Boat trips to see whales and dolphins, jeep safaris, rafting bikes, paragliding, scuba diving and quad safaris are just a few of the other activities on the island. The island of La Gomera is close by and is also a favourite day excursion

Taxi fare approximately 22 euros (about 20 minutes)
Alternativley local buses run regularly between the airport and the Los Cristianos centre (1 euro). Taxi from bus station to apartment 4 euros
Lots of car hire companies close to complex with competitive rates. Care hire also available from airport

Bed linen and towels provided, except beach towels and changed on a weekly basis. Apartment is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. For longer lets, additional cleaning can be provided if so required. A welcome pack is also provided.

Full payment of the bond and rental is required for all late bookings within 8 weeks of departure date. A named responsible adult over the age of 21 is required for all bookings.
