The Torres del Sol complex is in the south of Tenerife in Los Cristianos but on the border of Playa de Las Americas. The complex lies beside the beach so the Torres del Sol complex could not be in a better position. Torres del sol means in Spanish ''towers of the sun''.

Torres Del Sol, 1 Bedroom Apt Ref:-32, Los Cristianos. This 1 Bedroom Apartment is situated in Outside Block C4 and and a South Facing Balcony. Views to the left of the New Outside Pool. It comprises of a new kitchen with a 4 ring hob and oven and microwave, The Bathroom is really nice, walk in shower, big mirror, space under the sink, bidet, washing machine.

Payment Terms - Booking Deposit and Balance

For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£75 per Week for the Apartments) or (30% of the Full Cost) which is Greater, should be sent to us,

Along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.

You will receive the invoice for the Remainder of the Balance & a Payment Plan if requested.

This final balance should be settled in full by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) by the due date.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking when payment is not received by the due date.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total amount is due immediately & should be sent to us, along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Confirmation of payment will be sent by return. Provisional telephone bookings are held for a short time, pending receipt of the due Deposit (or full balance if within 8 weeks of arrival) and the fully completed and signed Booking Form.

A confirmation of your booking will be sent by return post.

The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival, and either to replace any losses or breakages or pay the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any Damage done to the Property, and any Excess Cleaning charges should the property

Not be left as found on arrival. Deposit refund via Cheque or via your Debit/Credit Card less any deduction. (Please Contact on Return)

A Deduction will be made from your Deposit if your Lose your Key and have to Call Out your Agent Between 6pm & 10am. (30€)

Arrivals and Departures

The Keys for the Villa's & Apartments are available on arrival between 2:00 & 3.00pm, & must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Please leave your Villa's & Apartments clean & tidy on departure.

Please leave your Keys in the Apartment, Villa, or at the Complex Reception.

Holiday Cancellation

Registered post or recorded delivery letter must be sent as written notice of cancellation.

In all cases the Deposit is non-returnable.

Cancellation is more than 8 Weeks before Departure; we will refund Monies less 30% of Total Rental.

Cancellation is less than 8 Weeks before Departure; we will refund Monies less 50% of Total Rental.

Cancellation is less than 6 Weeks before Departure; we cannot refund Monies Paid, 100% of Total Rental.

Our On-Site Agents

Our Management Agent are there to help you during your Stay, If you need their services our Management Agents must be given ample time to investigate to remedy Any situation that may arise during your stay. Please report any faults to your Agent as ASAP. (Not once you get Home) We are Agents for some of the Properties we advertise, so any Complaints about the Make-up of the Apartment or Villa shall be between you The Clients and the individual owners of each apartment or Villa, Our Agent On-site is there to help you with any Problems you may have.

Use of the Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pools are unsupervised. Use of the swimming pool is subject to acknowledgement of the Swimming Pool Safety Board

On the side of the Pool and S.I.H's are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property.

>Complex Security will evict any Persons who cause any Trouble or make too much Noise (at Night). (You have been warned)

>Without prior agreement, only the members of your party as shown on the

Booking Form may occupy the Villa's and Apartments.

>The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the

Immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions,

Or for any conduct detrimental to the property or to the comfort of other guests,

Or Persons not on your Booking Form.

>The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel any booking made in the unlikely

Event of the property becoming unavailable through natural causes (such as flood, fire etc.)

Or any event outside our control, subject to a full refund of all Moines paid.

The Tenerife region

Torres del Sol is situated in the South of Tenerife and is located between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.

It is ideally situated as it is on the sea front and a short distance into Los Cristianos Town Centre and a 5 minute walk from the delightful shopping centres of Playa de Las Americas. Everything is at hand, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and most importantly the beautiful Las Vistas Beach. Apart from its ideal location, if you want to lounge around the complex you have 2 swimming pools to choose

from and each pool has a children's pool as well.

Los Cristianos

The complex consists mainly by two Large Blocks and 6 Smaller Blocks. The views from the higher Apartments are fantastic and breathtaking. You can see all the Los Cristianos, Palm Mar and Tenerife's neighbouring island of La Gomera. Each Tower is serviced by two newly installed lifts. If heights are not for you, the complex is surrounded by low rise blocks which the highest floor is the 3 floors. These low rise blocks do not have any lift access. All the apartments have a terrace or balcony for you to sit out on and enjoy the warm sun and the views. Apart from the pool area, the complex also has an on site supermarket which is open every day, a 24 hour reception area and very lively Pool Bar, which is open all day with some great Food and with Evening Entertainment.

The Torres del Sol is one the Oldest complex's in Los Cristianos and therefore it has the best position on Los Cristianos coast line. This complex is also ideal for people in wheelchairs or have problems walking as it is all on the flat, and the sea front promenade is at a 5 minute walk from reception area. If you are looking for a self catering holiday, next to the beach, Torres del Sol is a great choice. This Complex is right next Door to the Compostela Beach Complex.

"Careful who you book with"

We are Sorry you did not like your Apartment. This Apartment was as you say ''Joannes''. We are not using Joannes Apartments anymore as we have had a few complaints about Joannes Apartments. We pride ourselves on showing which apartment you will be in. This of Course does not help you. All I can say is we are Sorry. I could have Deleted this Review but leaving this Review will help Show that we seen the Problem and have sorted the Problem out by not offering Joannes Apartments again.
