This privately owned, spacious apartment is on the third floor of the complex. It comprises one twin bedroom with double wardrobes, bathroom with bath and shower, a large lounge and a recently refitted American style kitchen and breakfast bar. Leading out from the lounge is a good sized balcony with a table, four chairs and two recliners. The balcony looks out over the swimming pool (heated in winter) and beyond that, there are views of the sea and mountains. Lifts are available to all floors.
The apartment is situated in a complex mainly used by families and couples, in a quiet area, but less than 10 minutes walk from the Town Centre and only 15 minutes from the sea front and beaches.

With a twin bedroom containing double wardrobes and in the lounge a sofa that converts easily to a double bed, this reasonably priced and well furnished apartment is a good choice for both families and couples.
** The bathroom, which contains both bath and shower was recently completely refurbished.
** The bedroom has 2 large double wardrobes and benefits from a ceiling fan to help keep you cool on those very warm nights.
** The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a "George Foreman" type electric grill , microwave and full cooker and was completely re-fitted recently.

** The swimming pool area has free sun loungers and is surrounded by a garden.
** For a small fee a self service laundrette is available on site.
** A mini market, bar and cafe can be found in the pool area.
** Ample off road parking is available at the front of the complex.

The Canary Islands region
Benefiting from year round sunshine the average temperature in winter is 20 to 23 degrees C, rising to 25 to 28 degrees C in the summer.
It is an island of contrasts; the north of the island is green and lush but does not enjoy as much sunshine as the southern areas. In the centre of Tenerife, dominating the whole island is Mount Teide, Spain’s highest mountain which is snow capped for much of the year.
Los Cristianos in the south of Tenerife is only about a 20 minute drive from the airport, but well away from the flight path and noise of aeroplanes.
Originally a fishing village, it has grown over the last couple of decades to arguably the most popular holiday resort on the island, while still retaining the charm of its origins. In the town can be found open air bars, cafes and restaurants, together with a good selection of shops (all duty free).
The sandy beach near the harbour (Playa de Las Vistas) is ideal for sun bathing or swimming in the sea. A new “white sand” beach has been developed at Los Cristianos. A pleasant walk along the promenade skirting Playa de Las Vistas will take you to Las Americas.

"Enjoyable stay - really nice apartment"
My husband and I stayed for 10 days and we had no complaints about the apartment. It was clean with all the amenities that we needed for our self catering break. The oven was a standard size proper oven (not that we actually used it). Everything in the apartment worked and in good condition. The fridge, with freezer compartment, was brand new. We ate in most evenings as that was what we wanted to do. We chose the apartment because it had a large balcony and overlooked the sea and mountains as we wanted to eat our meals outside and enjoy the views. Although it was about a 15 min walk to the beach, there were some nice restaurants within a few minutes of the apartment plus a restaurant on site (which we did not use). There is an adequate mini-market on site and good supermarket 5 mins walk. We did not actually mind the walk as we did quite a bit of walking while we were out there anyway. There is a free tennis court on site, which we used a few times and was in good condition. We were very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed our stay. We found the twin beds to be very comfortable and it was nice that there were extra pillows in the wardrobe if you needed them. The only slight disadvantage for us was the 15 min walk to the beach which is OK but it is uphill on the way back - but the price of the apartment reflects this as if it was nearer I am sure they could charge more. The apartment was on the 3rd floor but there is a lift if you need it. I thought it had the best location on thecomplex as it overlooked the pool, the sea and the mountains. Dave, the owner, was very helpful and answered all our queries.

"Just as the owner says"
Stayed in the apartment at Los Alisios recently and was just as owner described it in information recieved. Everything you need for your holiday is in the flat and also the sun is shining on the veranda until it goes down. Apartment was spotless and I would have no hesitation in booking again as owners were great to deal with in all aspects of the booking issues. Top class service.

"Fantastic Stay - yet again"
This was our 5th or 6th stay in this superb appartment. Really comfortable accomodation with everything you need for self catering, but near enough to some excellent bars and restraunts if you prefer to eat out. The balcony catches the sun all day and has excellent views of the sea and the mountains nearby. This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday but near enough to walk in to town and enjoy the day/evening by the beach.
I will be booking again for this summer and no doubt next year too. My teenage boys now know the area so well I dont hesitate to let them wander out alone. The bars around the area are all really friendly and as regular repeat travellers look after us well.
Dave is really helpful, and is happy to accept feedback whatever the nature because he wants to ensure you enjoy your stay.

"Excellent Apartment in good location with fabulous views."
This apartment was exceptional value for money and one of the best apartments we've ever rented in Los Cristianos. It was very spacious and very clean, Dave & Chris the owners have left no stone unturned with regards equipment, it has everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The balcony is very large and we spent many hours with a glass of wine watching the sunset! The complex is in an ideal location, very well maintained with very friendly staff, we would highly recommend it! many thanks to Dave & Chris for sharing their second home with us!

"Fantastic Apartment. Home from Home."
The apartment is excellent with all modern amenities. Fully modernised Kitchen and Bathroom. Very spacious and clean. Another plus is the extensive library if you enjoy
a good read.The Balcony was wonderful with the sun is on it from 12 until sunset.

"Great spacious modern apartment"
The recently refurbished apartment is very clean and tidy. The rooms are very spacious and the balcony is lovely for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day! It's a nice relaxing wander into town and the beaches. There's also supermarket nearby. The owner was very helpful in making the arrangements and we'd recommend this to other couples wanting to stay in Tenerife. They also have British TV!

No problem - great location just away from the main area and a short walk from the Los Cristianos airport bus drop-off so no need for a car (check out pre-paid Bono cards as they give large discounts on the already cheap TITSA bus fares)
Great place for a quiet (ie. not Club 18-30!) holiday, yet plenty of local bars & restaraunts and a good on-site bar / cafe but no noise or lager louts !
Very well equiped with full kitchen, UK television etc. and plenty of "home comforts" to enable you to simply chill out with easy access to Los Cristianos or perhaps Playa de las Americas which are walking distance
In other words, great and will be returning soon !

A very comfortable and spacious apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle yet we found walking to and from the sea front no problem at all.The site has a most acceptable restaurant and a shop which stocks all the basics, although a large supermarket is situated nearby.There is a good sized pool which we used everyday and one or two very good restaurants nearby. It will come as no surprise that we are making a return visit in 2012. Well worth the money
