The apartment, situated on the ever popular and well known Paloma Beach complex, is very spacious, at over sixty square metres, and has a grand westerly facing balcony.
The balcony offers a partial sea view, panoramic views of the well maintained gardens and plenty of afternoon and evening sun, with possibly some of the most spectacular sunsets that you will witness!
The complex itself has several stairs and lifts, providing easy and quick access for the elderly and disabled. There is a lovely little bar / restaurant situated near the large, heated pool, and the complex also has a children’s pool area. There is 24 hour security, easy access parking and Paloma Beach is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre.

The Tenerife region
The south of Tenerife has some of the best and consistent weather in the world. In winter it averages 22 - 26 degrees, and in the summer it averages 25 - 30 degrees. It hardly ever rains along the coastline, just for a few days throughout the whole year. Go higher up the mountain, even a kilometre or two and the weather gets markedly cooler in winter and hotter in summer. For the perfect temperate weather, stick to the coastline. The Paloma Beach complex is virtually front-line to the sea and has fantastic weather year round.
Tenerife is a beautiful volcanic island which is well worth exploring. It is the highest mountain in Spanish territory and is much of it is a national park. The north of the island is lush and green whilst the south dry and constantly warm. Many of the Canarians in the resorts speak very good English and they are a warm and very welcoming people.
As one of the main tourist towns in the south there is plenty to do in and around Los Cristianos. There are coach trips which take you up the mountain to the top of the volcano, to the capital Santa Cruz, or to the other islands, La Gomera, La Palma, Gran Canaria etc.
The boat trips to see the whales and dolphins are not to be missed. Or have a day out in La Gomera the nearest island just across the water which is an island of outstanding natural beauty.
You can also go diving, horse riding, para gliding, jet skiing, fishing, mountain walking, quad biking, golf on 5 beautiful courses nearby and much more. The 'Las Vistas' Beach in Los Cristianos is fantastic with a huge stretch of golden sand and safe bathing.
Siam Park, a huge brand new water park, has just opened 1 kilometre away and is a great day out for the children. Aqua Park, in Playa de Las Americas is another great day for the children, just 2 kilometres away.
Los Cristianos itself is a lovely old fishing town with scores of different restaurants and bars all reasonably priced and within easy reach of your apartment. Everywhere welcomes children of all ages .
Playa de La Americas the town nextdoor has great nightlife with clubs and bars open until dawn for the young or young-at-heart.
Los Cristianos / Paloma Beach area
The complex is situated approx 200 yards from the seafront and is virtually front line. There is a small sand/rocky beach across the road from the complex. The main tourist beaches are located in Los Cristianos Harbour 10 mins walk. The larger Las Vistas beach is about 15 mins walk around the next bay beyond the harbour. Both have golden sandy beaches unlike many of the black volcanic beaches found elsewhere on the island. There are two supermarkets, two banks, a pharmacy and a wide variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the complex.

There is a durable safe deposit box, which incurs NO extra cost.
We have supplied you with two folding sun loungers. These are easy to use and easy to carry, and of course, incur no charges. Alternatively, the sun loungers that are available by the pool cost about €2 per day to use, so we feel that you will appreciate our alternative!
The apartment has a state of the art surround sound home cinema system, including a DVD player, PLUS a selection of UK Sky satellite channels (BBC, ITV, Sky1, Sky Sports1, Sky News etc), and there is NO extra cost for using these facilities!
There are two large ceiling fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living area.
In the bedroom, there are two brand new single beds which can easily be moved together or apart, and in the living area there is a six foot single fold-out bed and a six and a half foot double sofa-bed!
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with any appliances that you may need, such as a large double sink, fridge freezer, oven and hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, and even a washing machine!
We also supply you with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, clothes rail, and the essentials for cleaning, in case you may need them.
The luxury bathroom is softly lit and has its own walk-in, multi jet, hydro massage power shower.

A £50 security deposit is required with the balance of the booking fee (fully refundable if no loss or damage). Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults (or 5 adults may be accommodated on request). Bookings of 4 weeks or more (either consecutive weeks or separate weeks within the same calendar year booked together) will attract a discount of 15% on the above rates. Conditions
Please note that we welcome smokers, but due to the fire suppression system, smoking is only permitted on the balcony. However, with year-round sunshine and temperatures that are rarely below 20º, even at night time, you are unlikely to find that this inconveniences you!
