Location of this apartment, is ideally suited to all our customers, requirements and for all ages. It has all the amenities,close by to make your stay as enjoyable and trouble free as possible.All within walking distance, for the young and the more mature of us. e.g. There are some of the best restaurants,bars,shops,theme pubs and last but not least, the largest outdoor market on the south side of the Island, very close by. All amenities are close,but not that close to spoil that peaceful and quiet holiday, that you may require.
The apartment complex has 2 fantastic pools, with showers, toilets and the free use of sun loungers. Complex pool areas are, very well maintained and ideal for all ages. Including splash pool for the toddlers. The apartment boasts a very large private terrace,large lounge diner, good size double bedroom.Separate lovely shower area with, modern stand-up shower, toilet,bidet,washbasin,large mirror,set of cupboards.Utility room equipped with a modern automatic washing machine. All clean and very well presented. A lockable safe is provided, enabling you leave valuables,passports, return tickets etc. secure in the apartment The beach is only a 500 metre walk, close by to the famous port of Los Cristianos.

The Tenerife region
The area of Los Cristianos has a lot of historical places of interest. With old and new developments. Its picturesque streets and floral areas, are pleasurable to sit back in, drink tea, coffe, beer, wine etc. and let the world go by. The location of Los Cristianos, holds a very central location in the southern part of the Island. With Las Americas, Fanabe and Troviscas Playa,only 10 minutes in a taxi. Many very clean and beautiful beaches, all in some of the cleanest bluest waters you will ever find. Tenerife is an all round 12 months of the year holiday location with ideal temperatures at all times. The largest European water park,will be opening its doors, in August 2008, also only 10 minutes away from Los Cristianos.Lots to do, for all families,the young,the old,if your single or a couple in love.
Los Cristianos has that feel to it,that just doesn't go away.

Dolphins and Whales on the Freebird boats, Lora Park,Medieval Night,Safari Jeeps,Mount Teide, Banana Plantations, Vinyards, Go Karts, Pony Treking, Sea Fishing,Para Gliding, Jet Ski's plus loads more,too much to mention for all ages. Its just ideal for all.
Forgot to mention,only 5 great golf courses, all only within a short drive.
Have to mention the Golf der Sur golf club , am a member, so I will have to say a good word, for all of the staff.
How to get there
From Tenerife South airport (Sofia Reina). Los Cristianos, town is only a 10 minute, taxi journey. Many low cost budget airlines fly to Tenerife South i.e. Fly Thomas Cook, Ryan Air, Jet 2, Monarch, XL Airways, Easy Jet, Thomson Fly etc. Car Hire companys are available, all over the Island with large choice from small to large vehicles,some with good rates. Auto Riesen Car Hire available at the Airport, one I can recommend, good choice with some of the lowest rates available, simple book in and return on the Web before you go or on arrival. e.g Seat Ibiza £ 80.00 per 7 day hire no deposit required, both portions of driving licence required, all major credit cards.

Further details indoors: The apartment, sleeps 4 very comfortable. With 2 twin single beds and a very large double sofa bed in the lounge. Both rooms having there own patio doors going out to the Terrace. We provide extra towels and linen for all 10,14 or longer night stays. On your arrival to the apartment, there will be a welcome pack with wine,beers,water, orange juice,tea coffee etc For no extra charge, just to say "thank you for booking". An English driver is available to meet you at the Airport, transfer you to your apartment, pointing out items of interest or things you need to know. Also on arrival he will show you how all equipment works and use of keys, available by phone for any unforseen problem, you need help with. The charge for the driver and being available by phone to assist where possible is all included in a €20.00 collection from Airport and €20.00 return to Airport. This is the same charge as the taxi's for journey,s only,without the extra benefits of, language, all other assistances Mobility scooters are readily available to those who may benefit by having access to them, these are provided by 1 or 2 local companies at reasonable costs, delivered to/collected from you, at your cost.
Further details outdoors: The apartment is on the ground floor, so no difficult staircases to negotiate. Apartment is also close to the pools,in a good, private postion on the complex. Smokers are welcome, but outside apartment please.

We would require a deposit for all bookings and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your departure date. In the event of a booking at short notice final balance must be paid 1 week before departure, if less time than this available full fee at booking. All confirmations provided by e-mail. Welcome pack provided on your arrival, plus towels and linen .
Conditions
No young parties like stag and hen. We do check the apartment complex on a regular basis.

Airport transfers arranged at extra cost and paid on arrival in Tenerife to English Driver, who will have the keys to apartment, point out places of interest on route, describe how all items in the apartment work.
Available by phone in event of any unforseen problems you are unable to handle during your stay. Will collect you at right time and ensure your safe departure and collect keys off you.
