A huge success with visitors, this penthouse is situated in a quiet and very well maintained complex in a tranquil part of Los Cristianos. It is only 500 metres from the seafront and a 10 minute walk from the town centre and golden sandy beaches. This popular complex has 2 heated swimming pools and a poolside bar and there are plenty more restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity, all reasonably priced.
The penthouse is family run, very well equipped and maintained to the highest standard. The master bedroom has a brand new en-suite bathroom, there are 2 twin bedded rooms with balconies, a 2nd bathroom, a kitchen and a modern living room leading on to a beautiful terrace with lovely views over the sea to La Gomera. You can sunbathe or dine on the terrace in privacy if you wish or enjoy the spectacular sunsets over La Gomera with a cool evening drink.
The apartment is ideal for couples, groups of friends or family. The majority of our guests come in groups of 5 or 6 as the apartment is one of the very few available in Los Cristianos with 3 double bedrooms at an affordable price. Many of our visitors are family groups of grandparents, parents and children and many of our bookings nowadays are repeat visits from guests who have stayed in the apartment before.

The Tenerife region
The southern Tenerife coastline has some of the best weather in the world. In winter it averages 22 - 26 degrees, and in the summer it averages 25 - 30 degrees. It hardly ever rains along the coastline, on just a few days throughout the whole year. Go higher up the mountain however, even a kilometre or 2 and the weather gets markedly cooler in winter and hotter in summer. For the perfect temperate weather, stick to the coastline. 10A3 Victoria Court 1 is only 500 metres from the sea and has fantastic weather year round.
Tenerife itself is a beautiful volcanic island which is well worth exploring. It is the highest mountain in Spanish territory and is a national park. The north of the island is lush and green and the south dry and constantly warm. Many of the Canarians speak very good English and they are a warm and very welcoming people.
As one of the main tourist towns in the south there is plenty to do in and around Los Cristianos. There are coach trips which take you up the mountain to the top of the volcano, to the capital Santa Cruz, to the other islands etc. etc.
The boat trips to see the whales and dolphins in the sea are not to be missed. Alternatively you can have a day out in La Gomera the nearest island just across the water which is an island of outstanding natural beauty.
You can go diving, horse riding, para gliding, jet ski-ing, fishing, mountain walking, quad biking, golfing on 5 beautiful courses nearby and much more. The Las Vistas Beach in Los Cristianos is a dream beach with a huge stretch of golden sand and safe bathing.
Siam Park, a huge brand new water park, has just opened 1 kilometre away and is a great day out for the children. Aqua Park, in Playa de Las Americas is another great family day out just 3 kilometres away.
Los Cristianos itself is a lovely old fishing town with scores of different restaurants and bars all reasonably priced and within easy reach of your apartment. Everywhere welcomes adults and children of all ages .
Playa de La Americas the town next-door has great nightlife with clubs and bars open until dawn for the livelier visitors

Los Cristianos / Victoria Court area
Victoria Court 1 is a very well established and very well maintained holiday complex catering mainly for British visitors. It is ideal for family holidays or for adult groups seeking a quieter holiday. There are 2 heated swimming pools on the complex with a life guard during school holidays. There is a pool-side bar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to eat in or take away and pool-side drinks and snacks.
The complex is built in an attractive courtyard formation so children can play relatively safely contained within the complex. 10A3 looks down over the pool so adults can look down to supervise older children swimming if they wish
Victoria Court 1 has a great reputation amongst visitors and is one of the most popular complexes in Los Cristianos. The apartment owners live just 1 kilometre away and so are readily available should visitors need any assistance.
How to get there
There are many affordable flights to Tenerife from most UK airports .Look on the internet for good deals. We prefer Friday to Friday chageover days but will consider other changeover days at certain times of the year. Please consult the owners.

Further details indoors: The apartment is a real home from home. It is extremely well equipped to make a short or a long stay really enjoyable. The beds are comfortable and you will find everything spotlessly clean on your arrival. There is a spacious terrace for sun-bathing or dining but a large canopy to give you complete shade if you prefer whilst you enjoy the view over the sea to the island of La Gomera.

Please note that the prices quoted above are for up to 4 people in the apartment. For a 5th person please add £45 and for a 6th person please add a further £45.
Children under 2 come free but there is a charge of £15 per week for use of a travel cot and £15 per week for use of a high chair.
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is payable at the time of booking with the remainder due 12 weeks before the holiday. Payment is requested by normal sterling cheque. The rental rates for May to December 2010 will remain the same price bands and rates as those published above for 2009.
