This luxury holiday apartment is on Victoria Court 2 in Los Cristianos, which is a popular friendly complex. There is a bar restaurant on site with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and many other amenities within a couple of minutes walk. It sleeps up to 4 people and is furnished to high standards with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. It is a ground floor apartment facing the pool with a good size terrace equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds. There are only 2 steps from the balcony to the pool, so is a good apartment for people with reduced mobility.

The Tenerife region

The island of Tenerife is the largest of the Canary archipelago. Mount Teide effectively splits the island in two. there is a gigantic, natural crater, called Las Cañadas del Teide, which is about 29 km across and has officially been declared a National Park. It lies over 2,000 m above sea level. North of the crater stands El Pico del Teide, a 3,718 m high mountain, which is the highest point in Spain This will be the first sight you see when flying in, and it never ceases to take your breath away!. It is snowcovered in the winter and marks the island with its unique silhouette. The cooler northern part is a lush tropical paradise with banana plantations and palm trees. Here, you will have a number of more cloudy days, and perhaps even a few rainy days. In contrast the south of the island is hot and dry with almost a desert like landscape.

The resort of Los Cristianos lies in a sheltered bay in the south of the island. Originally, Los Cristianos was a small fishing village and much of the old town still retains a Canarian feel. As well as the numerous tourists, many locals still choose to live here, and can often be seen sitting in the square around the old church watching the world go by.

Los Cristianos has developed into a thriving resort with plentiful shops, cafes and restaurants, but still somehow manages to retain its fishing village origins. Streets are well kept and planted with palms and much of the town centre is pedestrianised. At the back of Los Cristianos and Las Americas there is an 18 hole golf course. There are many other activities in the surrounding areas including, water sports, go karting, aquapark, zoos and wildlife parks, boat trips, quad biking, hiking, walking, bike rides and much more.

The focal point of Los Cristianos is the working harbour where small fishing boats weave in and out of the large ferries and jet foils making their regular trips to the nearby islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. From this harbour numerous other boats cater to the tourist market by offering trips to view the whales and dolphins.

In Los Cristianos you will find a variety of retaurants available for your lunch or evening meal- Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Spanish and Canarian of course, to name but a few. And for the holidaymaker partial to a drop of liquid refreshment, there is no shortage of bars and pubs in which to unwind and take the weight off your feet.

Taxis, buses and car hire are available from the airport
Los Cristianos is approximately 20 minutes by car.

Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis for stays of more than 10 days. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, milk and a toilet roll are left for your arrival.

Changeover days are generally Tuesdays and Fridays, however in quieter periods this may be flexible.

Once again it has been a great pleasure to return to this apartment. I must congratulate the owners on the time and money they have spent on keeping this apartment in tip top condition. They have done a splendid job of fitting the new kitchen and lighting since my last visit. Well done, wonderful apartment. Hope all your clients treat it with the respect it deserves.

We have been to this complex 3 times over the years and I have to say this has been the best so far, the apartment was lovely and clean, hope to come back some day.
