About the home

Cristian Sur is a beautifully landscaped complex ,centrally located within a short walk of harbour and beach. two new split level heated swimming pools with children's sections and free sunbeds makes this a fantastic location for families or couples.

There is an onsite reception, cafe bar with pool table, 2 supermarkets, laundrette, english tea room. internet access, 24 hour security, mobility shop , excursion booking office and car rental.
Los Cristianos Town Centre , Harbour , Beach , and Market are all within an easy 10 minute walk.

The bus station is just a couple of minutes from Cristian Sur where you can catch the cheap local buses to explore the island.

Our mangement company are located onsite and are available 24 hours to assist you during your stay.

The Tenerife region

“Fantastic holiday lovely apartment home from home” I travelled to Tenerife & this complex with 2 friends we had a great time . I have been to the Canary Islands on quite a few occasions & must say I haven't stayed at such a lovely complex or apartment in all my rented accommodation stays. The complex has four lovely pools one hearted they are lovely/clean & the grounds /gardens are kept lovely. There is a small supermarket & a shop for all your food needs etc within the complex aswell as restaurants . There is a mobility shop aswell if you ever wished to higher a scooter to get about on or for your elderly family members. The appartment is spotless & clean has sky tv, stereo & DVD player for nights you just want to kick back & have a night in as we did one night & watched the world go by with a few wines on the balcony . It had two twin bedrooms the upper floor with its own bathroom & balcony The main balcony is onto the main road but NOT noisey at all look out towards the mountains watch the sun come up . It was a lovely appartment a true home from home . We will be going back next year . Thanks

“Lovely Apartment, Great position good management” This apartment is in a great spot in the Cristian Sur Complex - especially if your a bit nosey and like to see the world go by! The lower of the two balconies gets the sun first thing til about lunchtime, and overlooks the front of the complex. Great fun, especially at night when you can see people going about having fun and you can even catch a bit of the atmosphere from Hotels and restaurants opposite. The Upper Balcony is superb! Sun from Lunchtime until it goes down and it is RED HOT up there, not overlooked and very private. From here there are views to the complex, Los Cristianos and the Sea beyond - Lovely! Having two separate bedrooms and bathrooms was great leaving the three teenagers with their space and the wife and I having ours. There was also a sofa bed in the living room. There was ample hot water for five of us to have showers every night (something that cannot be said of other apartments I have experienced on this complex!) The management company are on site, and were very helpful when we asked to borrow a couple of fans, and David the owner's communications from booking until we returned home could not have been better or more clear. Not quite sure where the other reviewer is coming from wanting to use Tenerife Sur over the road, as Cristian Sur has two Separate pools, a lovely cafe bar with Internet access and reasonable prices and a pool table for the kids. There are also a couple of little supermarkets on site. Ok the apartment hasn't got its own Washing machine - which would be very useful and maybe something the owner should think about, considering it is a large apartment - and it seems to be a common appliance in many other apartments these days - but there is a Laundry room on site (just at the bottom of the stairs from this apartment). The only single real thing that I missed was there being no Sun Loungers on the Upper Sun Deck, which when you consider what a sun trap it was is a shame - however this may have been rectified by now. All in all highly recommended

“Would return to Tenerife but not to this apartment.” Enjoyed Tenerife but website information about apartment inaccurate. We were informed that we would also have access to the facilities of the sister complex Tenerife Sur, however this was not the case. There are not enough sunbeds and you have to be down at the poolside by 9am to secure one. The apartment was very basic, there is no washing machine despite it being listed on the website and there were cockroaches in the apartment. When we tried to contact the management company during office hours we got through to an answer-machine in Spanish. Response: HAVE BEEN LETTING THIS APARTMENT FOR 10 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST COMPLAINT .MANY REPEAT CLIENTS AND DOZENS OF COMPLIMENTARY LETTERS ON FILE. WHEN A CLIENT RINGS TWICE TO THE UK TO COMPLAIN THAT THEY COULD NOT GET A SUN BED AROUND THE POOL DUE TO IT BEING CHILDRENS HOLIDAYS THEN YOU REALISE NOTHING WAS EVER GOING TO SATISFY THESE PEOPLE.
