This well equipped studio apartment is excellent value for money and located in the bustling fishing town of Los Cristianos. The apartment includes a full kitchen, SAT TV and lounge area.

Los Claveles is centred around a large glittering heated pool, in the popular resort of Los Cristianos which is ideally suited to couples. The pool is overlooked by the poolside bar and restaurant where snacks, meals and drinks can be enjoyed on the terrace. On site is a supermarket for your daily essentials and also a reception for any assistance required.

Los Claveles is at the top of a hill and may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties. Please note that at least one member of the party must be over 21 years old.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is an island of many contrasts from the hot, dry south to the lush green North. The island offers something for everybody whether you are interested in sun, sea and sandy or something a little more cultural. For adventurous visitor there are many activities such as scuba diving, paragliding, quad biking and deep sea fishing to name just a few.

The Los Cristianos area

The centre of Los Cristianos is a few minutes walk from Los Claveles. The town has grown from a small fishing village but has retained its charm. The town centre is mainly pedestrianised and has a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants to suite all tastes. Los Cristianos has a wide sandy beach with sun loungers for hire, and the nearby harbour provides excursions, fishing and water sports. The town hosts many local fiestas through out the year with the largest being the Carnival and Burial of the Sardine normally held in February.

“Los Claveles - little paradise! :)” I stayed in beautiful Los Claveles for 6 nights in Dec 2011. The complex has excellent facilities for a relaxing holiday. It is situated 10-15 minute walk from the busy town centre so perfect for those wishing to avoid the noise. Los Claveles has a great pool together with the lifeguard, onsite bar, restaurant, and even a small food store … To me, it was spot on! My studio apartment was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable with all mod cons. Even a welcome pack and drink in the fridge which was a nice touch. Again, it ticked all the right boxes. The Staff were extremely friendly & knowledgeable and helped with endless questions on several occasions! The reception was fully equipped with maps, timetables, local info about anything and everything which I found very helpful. Another thing that's great is the price. I think it was a small price to pay for such great service. Needless to say, I highly recommend Los Claveles to anyone…In fact, one of my friends is booking her holidays for next month right now! “Excellent Resort, friendly staff.” We stayed at Los Claveles in apartment 86, we really enjoyed it, the staff could not do enough to help from the time we arrived to the time we left, 4 weeks later. the pool and the pool bar were fantastic, as was the other bar with the entertainment, the staff in both bars were fantastic. The apartment was good it had everything you needed for a selfcatering holiday, bedding and towels were changed everyother day. I cannot find any fault with this resort, would I reccomend it? yes most deffinitley. Thanks for a wonderful time. Margaret & Robert Leeming Response: Dear Guest. “As always top marks for this resort ,wish it was my home time share resort.” This is the the third time we have stayed at this resort. We like the location just a short walk to the town and or beach. The units are well maintained and kept exceptionally clean. There is an onsite restaurant with reasonable priced means and also a pool bar. We think it is one of the best resorts one the island. Response: Dear Guest Thank you for your review. “Hard work” The studio was too small not suited for more than one person Self catering to me means self catering and renting out an apartment meant that if I wanted to ivite frineds round for dinner I could but not at these apartments - it was to be a nice dinner party to celebrate parents 60th wedding anniversary but twasnt to be as we when family started to arrive they were stopped by security adn the hotel recpetion staff and told that this was not allowed - this was not stated on the term and conditions and totally unjustified - we were not a young family we had grandparetns visiting us aunts and uncles - what a nightmare never ever again would rather stay at the Port Royale apartments further down the road - never ever again Response: Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We do not advertise that the studios are large, however they are well kept, clean and suitable for 2 guests. We also advertise the spacious 1 bedroom apartments with private balconies for those guests who are not on a tight budget. The studios priced at 164EUR (approx. 140GBP) represent excellent value for money for a weeks holiday. If you were unhappy with the size of the studio we could have offered to upgrade you if you had mentioned this to us. Sadley you did not. When you enquired you did not mention that you wished to have guests round for dinner parties etc. If you had done so then we could have advised that not only would a studio apartment not be suitable for this, that the resort of Los Claveles is for residents only and not open to the public. Full disclosure of your intentions prior to booking would have led you to a more informed decision on whether to book with us or Port Royale which is a residential complex and not a holiday complex like Los Claveles.
