About the home

Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residence provided of lifts. It has a bathroom, a kitchen and a sleeping area with double bed and sofa bed for 2 people, tv with international channels and a terrace with a gorgeus view of the Ocean. It is also provided with a washing machine, drying rack , iron , ironing board , electric oven , microwave , crockery and cutlery various , coffee maker, toaster , electric stove, small safe, umbrella and thermic beach bag. Los Cristianos city center is 200mt far and the beach is 300 mt far from the residence. Bus station is about 500mt far (coaches travel all around the isle) and Sur Reina Sofia Airport is about 15 km far and it is connected with Los Cristianos every hour by bus. Las Americas city center, where you can find best pubs and bars is situated about 1 km far from the studio. Las Americas is famous not only for its nightclubs but also for its boutiques, restaurants and attractions. The access to the residence's swimming pool is included in the letting price and you will find the keys at the beginning of your stay. The pool has also a snack bar. Initial and final cleaning are included but not those during the stay. The quiet area and the proximity of city center make the stay extremely comfortable and relaxing but funny and full of attractions at the same time. The swimming pool with its snack bar make nice also the stay inside the residence. The terrace with its beautiful view on the ocean make your holiday very relaxing.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is a beautiful island full of surprises seeing is believing !!!

Although Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands it is small enough for tourists to visit all parts of the island. Several excursions are available locally to places such as Loro Park which has a large collection of parrots and other wildlife including a penguin house complete with its own antartic climate. For the more adventurous there are safari excursions by 4 wheel drive vehicle or camel and sightseeing tours of Mount Teide or the neighbouring island of La Gomora.

For the sportsman there are several golf courses or if you fancy catching a marlin, big game fishing boats operate from the harbour. Also from the harbour you can take a boat to see the local whales and dolphins and if you want a real close up view, diving lessons and trips are available.

The Los Cristianos / Arona area

Los Cristianos has numerous shops in the town centre and a good selection of bars and restaurants catering for every taste. Los Cristianos is wheelchair friendly and most areas offer access to disabled people. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be hired locally.

“brill” hi again, we have stayed in this studio two times and each time we loved it clean very conveint to town and sea front, we overlooked the ferry habour, nice veiws and once again thanks giulio,for a great holiday, also must mention the oasis bar on complex brill, fish & chip friday brill sunday lunch even better beer cheap sky sports & wifi what more could one ask, ONCE AGAIN GIULIO THANKS... mr mrs dave & margaret

“what a lovely studio fantastic view lovely complex” we stopped in this studio for 12 days 31st Aug 11 until the 12th Sept 2011 it was amazing and the views were to die for. the apartment was run with high standards very friendly people and amazing complex. the ownwer was very accomadating thanks for letting us stay hoping to book again for May 2012
