This spacious, one bedroomed apartment is very tastefully furnished with south facing balcony and Satellite TV. The complex has a heated swimming pool and is ideally situated within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping areas.

The apartment is affiliated to Interval International, the quality, world wide, exchange programme. This affiliation and our on site representatives, ensure that the apartment is maintained to a very high standard.

Our staff are readily available to assist you throughout your stay.

“Excellent accomodation, friendly people on complex and great location” Booked late and found this complex available. Friendly booking service and everything as arranged for key collection on arrival. Apartment was spotless and spacious with excellent self catering facilities. Large patio outside door with loungers if you didn't want to move. Inside had everything you needed for a good standard self catering holiday including iron and board, washing machine, TV with English channels, microwave, toaster, kettle, pans etc if you wanted to eat in. The bar staff were so friendly and welcoming and prices were very reasonable. Happy hour every day 5 till 7. Pool area was lovely and sun loungers were 2 euros per person a day. Around the pool we met the resident Queen, Val who was such a lovely lady and was very friendly with everyone. She was also a great help recommending nice places to eat, places to go etc and general information. Overall a lovely place with lovely people. 5 - 10 Minute walk to beach and bars / restaurants. Would go back today if I could.

“Enjoyable, relaxing break. Clean friendly. "Sunshine ".” Stayed at Victoria court 2, a ground floor apartment facing the sea. The sun was on the balcony from 1030 until 1730 everyday. Apartment was clean and well equipped. However the 2 beds ( singles ) were not the best. As for the 2 fold up beds next too. Useless,but put the mattresses on the floor and job's a good one. On complex bar served good food, and reasonable price drinks.( far cheaper at Victoria court 1 bar). Supermarket handily located 5 mins away Bars and restaurants 10 mins away up the hill.(Highly recommend the "Overseas " Asian kitchen ). Beach 5 mins away 15 mins walk to Los Cristiano ctr. All in all a very relaxing Holiday, very few children around but plenty of OAP,s. And €2 a sunbed bit much.¡¡¡!!!!

“Pay for sunbeds and no mention of the steps!!!” The complex and apartment location were very good. Just did not like having to pay 1.5e a day for each sunbed. The apartment was kept very clean during our stay. The food on the complex was very basic and we only ate there once. There is no mention that there are a number of steps to climb to get to the apartment! We stayed in the alternative apartment, which had two very noisy and uncomfortable single beds. Good value for money.

“home from home” My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a week, we would have loved to stay longer it was so nice. A modern clean accomodation lovely balcony overlookin the pool . Lovely pool area not to busy or noisy and we didnt mind paying for beds and umberellas,as we were there all day most days.Also The Cruise Inn provides good food at very reasonable prices and who could complain at 1 euro a pint.All in all it was a excellent relaxing holiday exactly what we were looking for and that is why we didnt hesitate to book again for next year.

“Everything you Need!” There is nothing I could fault on these apartments. It is safe, decorated beautiful, bed is comfortable and added bonus to have washing machine, microwave and oven. The balcony is a sun trap. If you do not like the pool you can have the privacy of your balcony to lie out. The complex itself is very quiet which is perfect for couples. However we did notice that the complex is not very child friendly so I would not recommend to families with young kids. For myself I cannot wait to go back!!! 10/10!!!

“very clean apartment, lovely clean pool area” A clean modern apartment on a small quiet well maintained complex that has a mixture of privately owned and timeshare apartments. This apartment had a large sunny balcony off the lounge area that faced onto a quiet road at the back of the complex. There were 2 sunbeds and dining table with chairs on the balcony. The lounge was very spacious with flat screen tv showing lots of english channels....a bit like Freeview. Also a dvd and cd player. The apartment and kitchen were well equipped with iron, hairdryer, microwave, washing up liquid and cloths (nice touch)...everything you need really. The bathroom had a shower (no bath) and just enough hot water for 2 showers. The bedroom was a bit dark being at the front of the apartment which was at lower ground level. It had a small double bed which was ok but as I'd travelled with my daughter we would have preferred 2 singles. However, we found 2 z-beds in a cupboard on the balcony so used one of those in the lounge. There is a small bar/cafe on-site with very reasonable prices and had large screen tvs showing english tv and sports channels. The pool area was very clean and sunbeds could be hired for 1.5 euros each and were always available. You could by wifi at 15 euros per week but we could only access it from the bedroom when in the apartment. There were 2 pcs available at the reception area. The complex was a 5 minute walk to the start of the promenade in Los Cristianos which is loking a bit tired in places. It gets better as you walk further along towards Las Vistas beach. There are lots of places to eat and drink along the sea front and prices are very cheap....pints of lager .95 cents and 3 course meals 7 euros. I would recommend this apartment and complex if staying in Los Cristianos.

“Good holiday” My wife and I stayed in appartment 3B1 for 10 days and found it comfortable and clean with a quiet south facing balcony as described, pleased not to be looking over the pool. The staff were helpfull in the main office (Teleri and her colleagues) The onsite bar staff were pleasent and helpful, good food, only issue was the charge for a shower if you are departing late is 5 euro per person which is a bit steep especially for a family.
