Home description

The apartment is tastefully decorated, and is fairly large, with 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. The complex is friendly, with an on site bar, a well stocked mini market, and on site excursion and car hire franchises. There is also a property management company located on the complex. The beach is about a 15 minute walk downhill. There is a super variety of bars and restaurants surrounding the complex, and also a large supermarket.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife enjoys a superb climate all year round, and is one of the few places in the world with minimal difference between summer and winter temperatures. The temperature in the winter is usually around 25 degrees, but be warned, in summer the temperatures can soar! The south of the island, where Los Cristianos is situated, enjoys a warm, dry climate-the north of the island is quite different, experiencing more rain than the south. Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, is easily accessible with excursions which can be booked on the complex. Santa Cruz, the capital city of Tenerife,Loro Parque and other places of interest can also be seen easily from the complex.

Los Cristianos / Oasis del Sur area

There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops next to the complex. The main bus station is 10 minutes walk, and about 15 minutes walk into the centre of Los Cristianos.Here you will find numerous shops,bars and restaurants, as well as the port, from which the local ferry service runs regularly to the beautiful island of La Gomera. Also, most parts of the island can be accessed from the bus station.

How to get there

Los Cristianos is located within a 20 minute taxi journey from Reina Sofia Airport(Tenerife South). It is served by many airlines, and cheap flights are usually reaily available. There are many car hire companies at th airport, in my opinion thebest of these being Circa.

A lovely pool/garden area, which has a lifeguard on duty daily. All sunbeds,mattresses and parasols are available, with drinks, snacks and ice creams sold out of the bar or shop. The pool area is a suntrap most of the year round.

Usually a minimum of 1 weeks rental is requested.Unfortunately, due to steps down to the property, it is not suitable for wheelchair users, or those with mobility problems.
