This is a truly magnificent holiday rental, the villa to rent is situated in the exclusive Chafoya region of Tenerife. The villa is only 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas by car.
There are various restaurants and bars and a supermarket a short walk from the villa.
The villa sits in its own grounds of 1600m2 landscaped gardens with endless palm trees and there are numerous terraces where you can simply relax and unwind while watching the boats sail past on the ocean.
The villa has a private heated pool with aqua jets and a BBQ area that is shaded perfectly for the alfresco dining experience. There are 12 garden chairs and 8 beach chairs for our guests use.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the seven Canary Islands in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa. Tenerife is often called a paradise island and for good reason!
The island experiences sunshine around the year, has an abundance of activities and offers an exceptional choice of cuisine set against the stunning background of Mount Teide. The landscape of Tenerife is quite breathtaking with green hills, cliffs, lunar landscapes and beautiful beaches.
If you are planning on touring the whole island we recommend you hire a car and spread it over two days splitting it into north and south.
Los Cristianos / Chayofa area
The north offers impressive cliffs in the Teide National Park , the city of La Laguna which is the old capital of the island and is full of outstanding architectural monuments, palaces and traditional houses of the XVII and XVIII centuries and the old towns of La Orotava and Lago Martianez which was built by the artist Cesar Manrique are a must see for all visitors.
In the south of the island you will find white sandy beaches with El Medano, which is ideal for windsurfing and Playa de Las Americas which is Tenerife's biggest tourist centre with numerous sports and leisure activities.
In Los Gigantes you can see some impressive cliffs and one of the biggest leisure ports of the island.

How to get there
Chayofa is a quiet, neat agglomeration of exclusive villas some 3 km above Los Cristianos. 3 km to Los Cristianos, the beaches and golf course. The nearest airport is Reina Sofia which is 15 km away.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table and en suite bathroom. There are two other double bedrooms with en suite facilities. A further twin bedroom with en suite facilities.
There is a double bedroom and twin bedroom which share a bathroom and toilet.
The kitchen has been fully equipped with cooker, 4 ring stove, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave, oven and washing machine.
The open plan lounge offers a great place to relax and unwind, there is comfortable seating for 8 people.
There is Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, radio, telephone and high speed internet connection.
The villa includes a daily maid service and all towels and linen are provided.
Further details outdoors: The villa is situated in the quiet and elegant residential area Chayofa Alto 300 meters above sea level. But nevertheless only a 5 minutes' drive away from the sandy beaches of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas and only 15 minutes by car from the airport (TFS). Various restaurants and a supermarket easily reached by foot.
