About the home

This well maintained complex, caters for all ages, with ample sun bathing area surrounding a good sized pool,
with children's section, (Heated in the winter) The whole area blends beautifully with the well established and
mature garden borders. There is a poolside bar for snacks etc, and in the evening there friendly staff will be on
hand to fulfil your orders from a varied menu, and prices to suit all pockets, along with a glass of something refreshing!

On site there is access to the Internet, for those of you who may need to keep in touch with home or work,
A five minute stroll will bring you to the waters edge, walk along the tiled prom past shops, restaurants, & bars,
on to the sandy beach area, and then harbour, where there is water sports for everyone, spectate or participate,
You may choose to dine al fresco on your terrace while watching the sun romantically disapear into the ocean.

This apt has recently been renovated, and decorated to a very good standard, brand new fully functional kitchen,
and a good sized walk in shower. This apartment is as near to home as you'll find anywhere. People return to this complex year after year and in some cases meet with the same holiday makers who come back to take yet another vacation here. It really is that good and some families, and even friends rent more than one apartment so that they can holiday together.

If your looking for a loud and rowdy resort, you best look somewhere else please, (This place is not for you.)

This well laid out apartment, Has a full oven and a four ringed hob & extractor fan,
Ample cupboard space for a family of four, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. etc,
The bathroom has a walk in shower, vanity basin with cupboards under and full sized mirror , & toilet.
The lounge has two three seater sofa's, one being a sofa bed, a nest of tables, SKY TV, VCR, & DVD,
there's also a cd & stereo cassette radio, a mirror hangs in the hall way,
the bedroom has two single beds, 2 x bed side tables, dressing table, mirror & hair dryer, 3 x big wardrobes.
We have suplied a small two wheeled shopping trolly, so you don't have to struggle with carrying plastic bags,

Further details outdoors:
The Sun Terrace has a table and four chairs, Two full sun loungers with mattresses, a sun blind that simply
wind's out when you require it to keep the heat off you in the afternoon, During the evening as the sun begins
to set, you can sit and enjoy your meal on the terrace, or just simply sip a glass of wine, and watch the sun as it
descends graciously into the sea, and night time falls on another excellent day on this beautiful Island.
As I have explained this is an exceptionally good complex, and once visited, you will be telling your friends,
and there is the strong possibility that they will wish to come with you on your next visit to our little paradise,
by day you'll be round the pool soaking up the sunshine, "sun" is almost an all year round commodity in tenerife.

1. We supply a welcome pack for our guests when they first arrive,
2.The swimming pool is open from 10:00 am till 18:00pm approximately
3,The charge of €2 or €2.50 per day . for the use of sun loungers by the pool, depending on the time of year.

4..You can climb into a taxi when you exit the airport terminal, and request victoria court 2.
5. Enter Your apt from 2pm on the day of arrival. And exit no later than 11am on the day of your departure.
Unless by prior arrangment with the owner. This request can only be answerd on the day of your arrival,
We will do all we can to make this go as smoothly as posssible,with the best will in the world,
change over days can be tricky. Have a good holiday anyway, And I'll see you there !!!!!

Conditions

Prices maybe subject to change at the owners discretion.
A deposit of £100.00 minimum is required, remainder of payment 8 weeks before your vacation.
For Long term bookings, IE , four weeks or more, we will require a £50 per week Deposit,
If you book with us, and theres less than 8 weeks before your vacation, we will require full payment please.
( Deposits are none refundable if you cancell. )

The Tenerife region

Los Cristianos was one of the old fishing villages many years ago, that has now grown into one of the best locations in the south of tenerife, there is a ferry port here, where Fred Olsen , and Amas Ferry lines, travel to the different Canarian Islands that surround Tenerife, La Gomera being the nearest, you can watch the whales & dolphins swim close bye, we recommend you check with the port for sailing times.
The resort of (Las Americas) is renowned for it's night life, with bars and clubs in abundance, It boasts it's own
casino, A beutiful theatre, where you'll see show's like carmen. See the light show & dancing fountain
places of interest include, mount tiedi, cable car to the top of the world, well almost! Shopping in Santa Cruze, and Loro Park now has a killer whale show, it's fantastic. Take a dive in a modern submerine at Los Abrigos harbour, 20 mins away in a taxi.
your two week holiday, will go like a dream, " all to quickley" but then there's always next year.
tenerife is not the sort of island you come to vacate on, and then forget easily .

The Los Cristianos / Arona area

Victoria court 2, in los cristianos, is by far, one of the friendliest, warmest & cleanest of complexes anywhere on the island. The same people have been returning here year after year. There are daily boat trips to see the whales & dolphins, fishing on the coast or off shore, there are 3 different golf courses located within 10/15 mins drive from los cristianos,
you can learn to scuba dive here if you wish. Go on a jeep safari up the mountains, or take one of the many walks, around the coast, or over the hill's, of which there are many, on the other hand you can just chill out
with a cold drink by the pool and relax, ahh!!!!!!

“Warm friendly welcome, spotless apartment” On arrival we received a warm welcome from the owners Sue & Tom. Even though steps up to apartment Tom was immediately on hand to carry my suitcase. The apartment was spotless in fact one of the best we have ever stayed in. Lovely towels and bed linen which were changed after the first week. Appreciated the bottled water, milk and sangria. The complex was kept very clean and the pool cleaned daily. Whilst relaxing on the balcony we enjoyed the sea views. Everything you could wish for was close by - supermarkets, restaurants, bars and bank. The sea and promenade was less than 5 minute's walk. Any problems or questions then Sue & Tom were at the end of a phone which was reassuring. Can recommend the airport bus which brings you into Los Cristianos we then took a taxi to the apartment just a few minutes away. Beware - if you decide to get the bus back to the airport it is a bit of a scrum especially during the busy times. Big thanks to Sue and Tom we would definitely recommend your lovely apartment.

And Los cristianos is very much as we had hoped it would be. (No Complaint's)
Tenerife is definatley on our holiday list for the future.
