The Tenerife region
Tenerife has a fantastic climate with sun all year round, great in the summer and perfect for escaping to in the winter months. The island boasts a diverse landscape ranging from volcanic lunar landscapes to great beaches. There are many things to do and visit to suit both young and old.
Los Cristianos / Chayofa area
The Ecological Park (Las Aguilas Jungle Park) is within 5 minutes of the complex. There is go-karting, an aquapark and the new Siam Park (due to open early 2008) all within 5/10 minutes drive by car, bus or taxi, dolphin watching and other excursions are available to book at reception Nearest beach is a 10 minute car drive or 20 minute bus ride, with the 5km beach-front Geranium Walk Promenade playa Las vistas, leading from the Los Cristianos fishing harbour, to the resorts of Las Americas, Fanabe and Costa Adeje. The small town of La Camella is 2 kms away.
How to get there
-Owner will supply detailed route-map It is a 15 minute drive from Tenerife South Reina Sofia Rent a car facility at airport Taxis are easily available , and should not charge more than 20 to 25 euros. The bus stop for buses to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, and Valle San Lorenzo is 1 minute from the apartment - timetable available.
