With one double bedroom and sleeping arrangements in the lounge, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Tenerife region
The Canary Islands lie a little more than 100km from the African coast and over 1100km south-west of Spain. Tenerife is the largets of the seven islands and is dominated by the Pico del Teide and at 3718m is Spain's tallest peak.
The Canary Islands enjoy a a spring like climate all year round with avarage temperatures ranging from 18oC in the winter to 24oc in the summer. Daily highs can easily reach the mid 30's in the summer.
There is something for everyone in Tenerife. Interesting places to visit include the more traditional towns in the north: La Laguna, Santa Cruz (capital), Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz to name a few.
Los Cristianos / Victoria Court area
This fantastic apartment, situated in the south of sunny tenerife, has been a great success with visitors.
With all day sun, views to the sea, golden sandy beaches, numerous activities to choose from, plus a miriad of restaurants and shops - what more would you want from your holiday! As everything is on your doorstep and no more than a 10-15 minute walk away there is no need for a car! If you did fancy a trip to a neighbouring town then it is only a short taxi ride away (inexpensive).
Local Amenities ~ Everything that you need to enjoy your holiday is close by ~ supermarkets, restaurants, bars, car hire, excursions and the buses. The town centre and main beaches are only a 10-15 minute walk away. Please note a car is not necessary. There is a heated pool on-site, which usually has a lifeguard during the school holidays. Also onsite is a poolside bar which serves food and drink all day.
Activities ~ There is plenty to do on Tenerife whether your an adult or a child. Local activities include all the watersports such as: surfing, diving, water-skiing, fishing and paracending. Land activities include: golf, walking, cycling, paragliding, horse riding, tennis, bowls, go-karting and quad biking. The excursion list is extensive ~ from the Loro Park in the North to a submarine adventure in the south. Evening entertainment is also well catered for.
Golf ~ Calling all golf enthusiasts! Within a 10 to 15 minute drive from your apartment there are five 18 hole golf courses to choose from ~ the nearest is only 1 mile away. If you are new to the game then there is a 9 hole, par 27 golf course less than 5 minutes away. With the warm winter climate you can enjoy year round golf in your shorts! ~ Fly to Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia).
~ Los Cristianos is just 13 km from the south airport. ~ Journey time is 10-15 minutes.

~ Car hire available from: www.holidayautos.co.uk. ~ You can catch a bus to Los Cristianos. ~ There are always local taxis available. ~ The fare should be no more than 20 euros.

The accommodation is well laid out with a separate bedroom, bathroom and American-style kitchen / lounge which then opens onto the terrace with views to the sea and sunsets!
The double bedroom is a good size providing fitted wardrobes with plenty of space and a security safe. A recently refurbished bathroom comes with a bath, shower and built in sink unit.
This modern kitchen is well equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob and so on. The lounge is well furnished with comfortable sofa's ~ chairs, coffee table and tasteful decor. The rates quoted above are based on 7 nights with 2 people sharing. There is an additional charge of £35 per week for each additional person upto a maximum of 4 people sharing.
Children under 2 not requiring a bed come free ~ If you would like to hire a cot and highchair you can do so for £12/week per item.
We take bookings on any day of the week and for any length of time. For more than 7 nights then the price is pro-rata. Please note that for bookings of less than 7 nights separate prices will apply.
For booking of 4 weeks or more discounts may apply - please ask.
A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is payable at the time of booking and full payment is due 12 weeks before your holiday is due to start. For Christmas and New Year weeks a deposit of £100 per week is taken.
You have access to the apartment by 4pm on your day of arrival, and you need to be out of the apartment by 10am on your day of departure. If we have your flight times we 9/10 times will get you in as soon as you arrive and we will make late stay arrangements where possible.
