About the home

This split level Penthouse apartment with lift access is situated in a prime location within the prestigious Castle Harbour complex in Los Cristianos. This property affords excellent views of the surrounding area and sea. We have furnished the apartment to high standard. The property consists of Two large bedrooms (2 single luxury beds and 1 double luxury bed) 2 very spacious and well presented bathrooms. The lounge and dining room are in a large open plan area, leading onto a balcony overlooking the heated pool and entertainment facilities. The lounge has an entertainmet system comprising of a British SKY TV. The spacious Kitchen has a full compliment of appliances including fridge, freezer, oven, hob , microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

It is a 10 min walk to the town and a further 5 to the beach. There are many bars and restaurants nearby the complex, so if you don't fancy the 10 min walk in to town there are plenty of amenities to hand. Los Cristianos boasts stunning beaches and shopping to die for. Activities are in abundance, watersports and boat trips, animal parks, sky parks and Aqua Park. All the parks offer free transport just outside the complex. Tenerife has a wonderful diversity and there is something for everyone.

Our Apartment is situated in Los Cristianos which over the last few years has been complimented by a number of high quality complexes and shopping centre's, with numerous bars and restaurants . The old town, which is only a 10 minute walk, consists of a wide selection of traditional restaurants and bars, overlooking the beach and harbour. From there you can walk along the new walkway to Las Americas and past the Marina on to Fanabe, Adeje, and La Calleta, stopping at any of the fantastic seafront eating and drinking establishments. There is a Taxi rank just 50yards from the apartment if you wish to go further or just want to get to you destination quicker. There is also an abundance of bus tours and free buses to the Aqua Park and Go-Karts Casinos etc.

The £100 deposite is non-refundable if holiday is canceled less than 3 calendar months before actual holiday commences

Tenerife has visiters and sunshine nearly all year long.
Los Cristianos is an older town and has the benefit of being built up all ready and is far quieter than Las Americas (which is a short taxi ride away) so its retained the charm of the slower original spanish way of life. You can sit outside the church of an evening and watch the Spanish families taking their evening strolls.
It still has its night life and if you're in town while a fiesta is on then prepare to party all night.

The Los Cristianos / Arona area

“Lovely Clean Appartment” I went on holiday with 3 friends, we found the apartment airy and spacious, Friendly staff nothing was to much bother. The apartment has HD tv and free Sky, the pool on site was a dream. Will Def. be using again, cant beat the price or the location

“Great value for money, clean and spacious” Myself and three friends stayed at Castle Harbour in March 12. The complex is made up of pretty pale pink buildings with white stone verandas, a clean pool area with a tiered level for sun loungers. The pool bar was great for snacks and drinks although as we went self catering we did tend to make our own lunches in the apartment. The supermarket is a minutes walk if that from the complex and we could walk easily down to the beach in 30minutes or a taxi cost 5 euros. Our apartment was on two levels with a double bedroom and a twin room, there were two bathrooms and a living room with kitchenette. Everyting was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and even had washing up liquid, cloths and tea-towels. There were plenty of hangers and wardrobe space and a small balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the pool. The apartment is not 5 star but then neither is the price, it is comfortable, clean, in a good location (as long as you don't mind a little walk to beach/bars/restaurants) with all the amenities we needed and we would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent Value” Lovely big and spacious apartment lots of room for two familys excellent value will be going back again if the family comes with me.Nice bars ect close by good week had by all
