Victoria Court 1 is privately owned with a heated pool and a separate children's pool. A lifeguard is usually present throughout the school holidays for that extra piece of mind round the pool.There is a pool bar and restaurant on site with internet access and British satellite TV in the apartment. The complex is well maintained and spotlessly clean, with a large sunbathing area to relax on during the day. Supermarkets/bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk from the complex. The apartment is in the ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, however if lively nights are more your taste then Las Americas is only 10 minutes away by taxi.

Los Cristianos / Arona area
Los Cristianos is situated 15 km's west of the southern airport (Reina Sofía).This is without a doubt one of the most popular resorts on the Canary Islands. The artificial beaches are very nice and it has a wonderful harbour that offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises, glass bottom boats, diving excursions and ferries to La Gomera.
Los Cristianos has managed to keep a little of its original architecture and atmosphere as a quaint fishing village. What you will easily find is year round sunshine and a vast array of Pubs, shops, restaurants
The nearby AquaPark is a must for any family. There is an 18 hole gole course and many other activities to be undertaken e.g. go-karting, quad biking and trips up Mount Teide.

Further details indoors: Refurbished April 2008. The apartment is one bedroom with twin single beds. Extra single beds are available for additional guests and can be easily accommodated in the apartment. The bedroom has plently of storage space with floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and has a secure safe. The bathroom is brand new, fully tiled and features a stunning walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and also includes a washing machine and microwave for your convenience. The lounge is spacious and bright with new 3 and 2 seater leather/fabric settees and an overhead ceiling fan. The TV has British satellite (BBC1. ITV etc) and there is a radio and CD player. Clean and fresh bed linen/towels/tea towels await your arrival.
Further details outdoors: The patio has an overhead retractable sun canopy and has a table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. There is also a clothes airer.
Further details
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking with the balance 12 weeks before your departure. Children under 2 are free, however there is a charge of £15 per week for the hire of a travel cot and £15 per week for the highchair. The management agent for the apartment is on site during the day and is available should any problems/breakages occur in the apartment.

Please note: In case of cancellation the deposit is non-refundable. Upto 8 weeks - no cancellation charge. 4-8 weeks -50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund
