This top floor apartment is split over two levels, with both bedrooms on the upper floor. On the lower floor the fitted kitchen has a 4-ring hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, ironing board and iron. The lounge/diner leads from the kitchen. It has two sofas plus table and chairs. Satellite TV and DVD. Bathroom with overhead shower, basin and wc. Upstairs leads to the two bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en suite shower-room with WC and hand basin. The second bedroom has a single bed and bunk beds (the bottom bunk bed is 4 foot wide so large enough for an adult). There is also a Z-bed suitable for a child. Ceiling fans on both levels. The apartment has its own safety deposit box at a small charge. Cots and highchair can be provided on request (additional charge).

The balcony has magnificent views of Los Cristianos, with a backdrop of sea and mountains. The complex has a large heated swimming pool, with a separate children's section. There are large furnished sun terraces, 24 hour reception, snack bar, restaurant, lifts, tennis court. There is some off-road parking but plenty of parking bays along the roadside if needed.

All linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a weekly change of linen.
A (refundable) security bond is taken which covers the key deposit and accidental damage. This security bond is refunded once the keys are handed back and assuming no damage has been caused to the property or contents.
Please vacate apartment by 10am.

Los Cristianos has a bustling harbour, with regular ferry trips to neighbouring islands and whale and dolphin spotting boat trips. The centre is a maze of pedestrianised streets, offering a wide variety of shopts, restaurants and cafés. Los Crstianos has its own Golf Course with another nearby at Golf del Sur. Los Cristianos is just a 15 minute drive from the airport.
