The Dinastia complex is situated close to the new Passaralla Shopping centre and the El Mirador restaurants and shops. The area has seen great changes in the last two years and is proving to be great area to stay in.
The complex has a lovely pool and children's pool and a great pool cafe serving lovely fresh food.
The quality of this complex is hard to beat, with marble floorings, lovely bathrooms including a jacuzzi bath and spacious rooms.
For couples or a family group looking for their own space then this penthouse is ideal.

The Tenerife region
Great climate all year around. Lovely towns to visit if you can tear yourself away from the pool and beaches of Los Cristianos. Puerto de la Cruz and Garachio you must visit. Teide and the cable car is reccommended as Spains highest mountain.
Los Cristianos / Oasis del Sur area
The penthouse is located in the sunny resort of Los Cristianos. There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours. It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife. Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away

The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
The living room is spacious with two quality settees and a coffee table and tv unit which has a TV-DVD. Currently the complex receives BBC-ITV.
The kitchen is well equipped with an ample range of units, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, crockery and glasses. A breakfast bar with two lovely stools is located here.
Up the spiral stairs leads to: Bedroom no 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables-lamps.
