Home description

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and provides a great base for a relaxing self catering holiday. The apartment is ground floor and is a 10 seconds walk to the pool. This is ideal for families who wish keep an eye on the children. However for those infirm then again ideal as their is ramp access to the apartment from outside the complex.

Dinastia has two pools one for swimming and one for children. Free sunbeds are provided. The pool bar Goodfellows provides lovely meals and snacks at competitive prices. The nearest supermarket is just across the road and again provides a good range of provisions should you wish to eat in.

The area has seen many changes recently as the new Passaralla shopping centre has opened and lovely restaurants and a Spar is located in here. Also at the bottom of El Mirador are the new bars-restaurants including Taylors Lounge... quality relaxing chill out bars ideal for a night cap at the end of an evening out.

The nearest beach is around a 12-15 minutes walk and on the way there are restaurants and shops. The town centre is around the same walking distance. The Los Cristianos Market is near the beach and every Sunday provides ample stalls selling a variety of items, from food to clothing.

Dinastia is a friendly complex and is well maintained. The apartment has marble flooring and provides a cool atmosphere in the Tenerife Sun.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary islands. In the south there is sunshine all year round. The north is cooler and damper, with lush foliage. In the centre is Mount Tiede and it's not unusual to have snow on its peak while the sun is splitting the stones in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas! It is indeed an island of contrasts - but well worth the effort of exploring it.


Los Cristianos / Dinastia area

The penthouse is located in the sunny resort of Los Cristianos. There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours. It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife. Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away

The living room has two lovely leather sofas along with a coffee table. There is sideboard unit and this hosts the TV-DVD. The TV currently receives the complex satellite and this includes BBC.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all modern conveniences including kettle-toaster-microwave-fridge-freezer-full oven-hob-plenty of crockery and utensils. A breakfast bar along with two stools are located here.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and sink with mirror over.

The twin bedroom has twin beds, bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, fan and hairdryer.

The master bedroom has a large double bed with bedside tables, lamps, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and en suite. The en suite has a corner bath with shower over, toilet, sink, bidet and mirror and hairdryer.

There is an utility cupboard and this hosts the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The patio has two area, one in the shade and one which receives the sun.

Two sunloungers are provided.

There is a small gate which leads directly onto the pool area where there are sunloungers provided.
