About the home

Fantastic location, 250mtrs to Las Vistas beach. Close to bars, restaurants. Only a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport (about 20€) or local bus from outside the airport terminal.

Lovely large top floor studio apartment furnished with care, commanding fantastic views of the beach and Los Cristianos. And there is a lift in complex (only 3 floors).

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is an ideal destination for both summer and winter holidays. Some of the many attractions that are worth a visit include the Aqua Park, Ecological Park, Loro Park in the North, Teide National Park and of course a holiday wouldn't be complete without a trip to see the whales and dolphins. All these excursions can be booked just around the corner with a pick-up point nearby.

There are five golf courses within 15 minutes drive of the apartment.
It has something for everybody. whether it be sun, sand and relaxation or exploring the fantastic landscape of many contrasts.

The Los Cristianos / Arona area

There is always plenty to do from visiting various churches, and maybe take a trip up Mount Teide(highest mountain in Spain).

Aqua parks in the south and the Lorra Park in the north.

For those looking for adventure, there are plenty of activities such as scuba diving, hand gliding, deep sea fishing or quad biking to name just a few. At night there is plenty of entertainment for everyone.

“the best place to stay in tenerife” Harry and my self absolutely Love going to this studeo It is very clean and all the facilities that you require are provided .The owners are lovely people very friendly .I must admit I was very reluctant to write a review because It is such a lovely place to stay we didnt want to let our secret out. THE SUN is on the balcony All day .the view is fabulouse .suppermarket 2 mins away .all what you want for a restfull holl .We sometimes rent a car and tour the island always plent of parking available. The only down side to this studeo Every wants to stay in it so you have to book along way in the future

“As ever, excellent.” Stayed here before several times and as usual the apartment has all that you need and is always clean and a pleasure to be in. You will not do better for views, convenience for the beach, shopping and local bars etc. I'll be back.

“Can`t wait to go back!” This was our 7th visit to the apartment, so we know the area/complex very well. However as a new visitor it is very easy to reach from the airport (10 mins in a taxi) - we prebooked Sun Transfers at a cost of 46 euros return. The apartment is on the top floor and has amazing sea views. It is always clean and well equipped. Has a lovely terrace for sunbathing or eating out. There is a low cost supermarket 2 mins away. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Absolutely love it!

“A breathtaking view to wake up to each morning!” A very comfortable, well equipped and well cared for apartment in a great position, with a fabulous sea view to wake up to each morning! We were very pleasantly surprised at how convenient a location it was- there is a large supermarket right next to the complex which is invaluable when on a self catering holiday (and lovely to walk to each morning to buy freshly baked bread, delicious cakes and local fruit for that essential breakfast on the terrace.) There is a beautiful new shopping district a few minutes away on foot, (The streets luxuriously paved with marble and large fountains which are lit and accompanied by classical music!) with a great mix of luxury designer shopping, inexpensive local gifts and souveniers, fantastic restaurants (you must try Teppanyaki in the Safari Shopping complex- delicious Chinese, Thai and Teppanyaki hot plate cuisine) and many an evening was spent sitting and relaxing on the terrace of Harry's Bar enjoying the beautiful lights and fountains. We spent a week at the apartment, but by the end of the week we were all wishing we had booked for far longer,as we were enjoying it so much and felt that there was so much more to see and do. There is a free bus service to Siam Park, (caught just at the front of the apartment) which is certainly worth a visit or two (with or without children!) Siam Park is an amazing Thai themed tropical waterpark, with fabulous water slides, river rides, sandy man- made beaches great restaurants with luxurious terraces. My husband and I bought tickets to see a show at the Pirámide de Arona Theatre (a few minutes walk from the apartment) and we had a delicious meal there too before the show. (It was a real treat, yet surprisingly inexpensive.) There was a large group of us staying in the Azahara Playa complex (in 4 separate apartments- a mixture of couples and families) and although we have all travelled extensively (to luxurious 5 star resorts as well as low cost, budget accommodation) we all agreed that for value for money, this was certainly the most enjoyable holiday we had spent together. I would highly recommend this particular apartment as it had the breathtaking view, the lovely updated comfortable interior and was priced incredibly low considering it's great position in the complex. (The owners are very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.) Just to say, we travelled at Christmas (and were on the beach most days as the temperature was often in the high 70's, low 80's so still very warm.) There is a lovely small private pool in the complex with loungers for relaxing and sunbathing and we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was compared to some of the other noisier resorts we have visited. We have already booked again for next year and look forward to many stays in the future. Highly recommended!

“Ideal location” The apartment has great sea views it is pleasent just to sit on the balcony and watch the boats come and go. It is a studioapartment with everything you want satellite tv cooker microwave etc. Plent of books and DVDs to watch. It is 100 metres to the best beach in tenerife and 500 metres to the safari centre at Playa americas and 600 metres toLos Christianos so the location is perfect. There is a big cheap supermarket 50 metres from the apartment. Restaurants and bars are in abundance. You may think with all the amenities so close at hand it would be noisy but it isent it is so quiet a real oasis. We have been to this aprtment 3 years on the trot and enjoyed it each time. the apartments are well looked after and kept very clean in all the communal areas. Tom is very helpful when booking and all the information he provides. Can reccomend for a couple.

“Fantastic yet again” This is our second time at this apartment and it was just as fantastic this time as it was last time. It is in the perfect place nice and quiet but not too far away from all the restaurants and bars. The view is brilliant, supermarket on the doorstep. Will defiantly be going again in the future. AUG 2011 My partner and I stayed here from July 21st-August 2nd 2011 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Tom was fantastic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment is excellent with everything you could possibly need. Centrally located, right next door to a large grocery store and minutes from the best local beach with café’s, bars, shopping plazas and restaurants right on your door step but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet…you could not get a better location!! The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing, overlooking the pool and the ocean; the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or glass (or three) of wine! The property is immaculate both inside the apartment and within the grounds. The pool is lovely as well, very well maintained and peaceful with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun! I would highly recommend this property and am looking forward to returning in the very near future! Many thanks again, Jenna, Scotland

Hi Tom,
just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the apartment and we had a fantastic time.
The pictures on Holiday Lettings are accurate but don't do the apartment and stunning view full justice!
The apartment was just what we wanted not only in an ideal location for both Los christianos and Playa de les americas but also far enough away to relax in peace and enjoy the fabulous sun set. The apartment was clean and far better equipped than a commercial package holiday property, particularly the balcony,retractable balcony awning, security,safe (at no extra cost!!) and washing machine.
We would highly recommend your apartment to anyone and would certainly stay with you again.
It was also so nice to have Phillip to look after us whilst staying and nice to know he was on hand should we require any help.
I'm pleased to say we didn't and everything was to hand and great!!

Just got back yesterday, had a great time, you're apartment was fantastic in its location and local amenities! I think we picked the right time to go , as it was quiet, sometimes it was like having a private pool!!
Phillip was great in picking us up, he made it really easy and relaxing for us to get to the complex.
Because it was our first holiday together, we were very impressed and felt very safe by the amount of security in the complex, and maybe a point you could highlight in your advertising!!
We enjoyed it so much, and would certainly be interested in visiting again!

We have just come back from a two week stay at this apartment from the 22/7/08 to 5/8/08. We can highly recommend this apartment and found it excellent in every manner. The apartment is superbly equipped with everything you would need from English TV to Washing machines and even beach chairs and parasols which all helps to reduce cost of hiring or buying. The owner Tom is very helpful and provides you with all the information needed to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

The real excellence of this apartment is its location the view is a full panoramic sea view and is only 100 metres to what we considered to be Tenerife’s best beach. There is a large supermarket 50 metres away and a full range of bars, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. It is only a short walk to both the centre of Los Cristianos and Playa Los Americas, however, being between the two makes this a quiet and peaceful location allowing for an undisturbed nights sleep in this respect it has got the best of both worlds lots of entertainment close by with the bonus of tranquillity in the apartment.

The apartment complex is maintained to a very high standard with a good pool I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone and look forward to our next stay.
