Home description

Our lovely, privately owned 1 bedroom residential apartment is only 3 years old and is situated in a quiet & exclusive residential complex in Los Cristianos. Situated on the second (top) floor with easy access by either stairs or lift which are only a short walk from the apartments entrance.

“Spacious, light & airy” it has been very tastefully furnished making it homely & comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and has, of course, the compulsory hairdryer as well as iron & ironing board to make sure you go out looking your best at night!

The beautiful beaches & promenade along the centre of Los Cristianos, with its numerous bars and restaurants, are within easy walking distance. Also, only a few minutes from the apartment, are a row of brand new bars & restaurants {some with nightly entertainment) covering all tastes, which are highly recommended (details in the apartment)

The Tenerife region

Originally an old fishing village Los Cristianos is a wonderful area to stay and is ideal for all, whether a family holiday or a couple wanting to relax or eat, drink and party for the entire holiday. You won’t be bored with so much to do and chose from either in Los Cristianos or the nearby resorts of Las Americas, Fanabe or Costa Adeje.

The centre of Los Cristianos still maintains a village feel with its narrow streets and church square. It is only a short walk away and is filled with a variety of shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. At night the town comes alive along the harbour promenade with many bars providing live entertainment. There are also numerous artists to draw your portrait or caricature or just show off their sand models (from Bart Simpson to Shrek!)

If this isn’t enough for you then hop in a taxi (7/8€) and head into Las Americas where you will find live music & dancing into the early hours

During the day you can lie on fantastic beaches and watch the boats coming into the harbour. Alternatively why not take a boat trip yourself. Possibly to the beautiful island of La Gomera or just head out in one of the fishing boats or go look for dolphins! If your really adventurous then go paragliding or diving as its all their in Los Cristianos.
If your like me then you will want to go golfing as Los Cristianos is situated within easy access to all the best courses Tenerife has to offer. If you manage this on a Sunday then you can always make sure the wifes/girlfriemds are happy as they can go to the Sunday Market situated near the Arona Grand Hotel.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife: The capital of Tenerife is the second most populated city of the Canary Islands with more than 200,000 inhabitants

Puerto de la Cruz: The oldest of the tourist estates of the Canary Islands, It has been for a century a relaxing place by the sea for those who look for a pleasant climate in an exceptionally beautiful natural environment.

La Orotava: Lying in the fertile valley of the same name, the streets and buildings are monuments to it past cultural splendour.

Carnivals: (February) Carnivals are the most important celebrations in all the districts of Tenerife particularly in the capital Santa Cruz.

Corpus Christi: (June) Carpets of flowers and volcanic earth in La Orotava and La Laguna.

Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria: (14/15 of August) Festival of patron saint of the island in Candelaria.

San Andrés: (29/30 of November) New wine tasting festival in Icod, La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz.

How to get there

Frequent flights available from many airports to Reina Sofia Airport in the South of Tenerife (Tenerife Sur). The resort is approx 15 minutes from the airport and taxis are usually plentiful as soon as you exit the main airport terminal. Taxis to Los Seres Apartment should cost in the region of 20€

Cheap flights are available dependant on time of year from flyglobespan.com, thomson.com, Jet2 or various other carriers depending on origin

For advice on airlines/airports please feel free to contact us as we can advise you and also provide detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport if hiring a car.

An express bus service is also available from the airport to Los Cristianos bus station (A 5 - 10 minute walk from apartment)

It is well equipped with Satellite TV as well as a wide selection of books and games for you to enjoy whilst lazing throughout your well deserved break.

Further details outdoors:
East facing, the balcony enjoys the sunshine from early morning and into the afternoon allowing you to sit and enjoy breakfast/lunch whilst soaking up the glorious sunshine. Or if you prefer, put up the parasol and read your latest novel in peace & comfort, forgetting the work back home.
In the afternoon you can top up your tan by heading down to the apartments lovely swimming pool (shallow end for kids), where the sun shines until late in the evening. There are 2 sun loungers exclusively for the use of apartment guests. (lock access info in apartment)

If you need to cool off for a while then visit the Tapas Bar situated on the ground floor of the complex. Excellent tapas or just to sit and have a coffee or beer then back to the pool!

Note: The balcony is furnished with a table, 4 chairs & parasol to allow you to dine al fresco or just sit & chat whilst enjoying a small refreshment!
