The complex is situated in quiet location with everything to hand. Right next to the complex is the supermarket, currency exchange and tour operator to book all your trips and there is a taxi rank just down the road. A 10 min walk will take you into Los Cristianos town where there are many shops for the ladies and many local bars for the men. The bus station is just down the road if you wanted to go further afield.
The property itself benefits from marble floors throughout and granite work tops in the kitchen. There is a Shower room downstairs with Bidet and upstairs there is a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. They both have marble floors and tiles. The shower has a good quality shower screen and all linen and bath towels are provided. There is a safe available for you to store your valuables.
There is a balcony just off the lounge which overlooks the two pools and it has spectacular views to sea and mountains. There is seating for 8 plus tables. You can dine and watch the sun go down over the sea. The 2nd balcony is just off the bedroom and again it as views to sea in both directions.
There are many good restaurants nearby and bars for that drink or two and a newly built shopping complex a few minutes walk away.
The complex is ideally situated to get to many of Tenerifes beaches and there are two lovely beaches within walking distance.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife enjoys one of the world's best and diverse climates normally found on huge continents. All around the year the fresh and humid trade winds waft over the Canary Islands keeping the tempretures down to an agreeably mild level of 22 degres C. The combination of these trade winds, the se breeze and the refrigerant Gulf current produce warm but not suffocating Summers and temperate Winters with tempretures between 17 degrees C and 21 degrees C. This characteristic Canarian climate produces some unique situations: Snow falling on the hills while you may be enjoying the sun on the beaches. Historic places to visit would be Teide National Park, Historic Centre of La Ovotava and A cantilados de Los Gigantes. Places to shop would be Adeje, Torviscas and Fanabe y El Duque.
Los Cristianos / Oasis del Sur area
Every week there is a Sunday Market just 10 minutes away from the complex. There are also many activities to do and visit e.g. Aquapark, Loro Parque, numerous boat trips, paragliding, golf, go carting, animal parks, fishing, biking, and walking. There is an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars with numerous beaches to lay out on. There is a lovely church in the square where all the locals meet up and a port where all the fish mongers are selling their fresh fish. Throughout the year there are many festivals such as The Carnival at Santa Cruz, San Andres (29/30 November), Corpus Christi (June) in La Orotava and Nuestra Senora de la Candelaria (14/15 Aug).
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife from most UK airports. Cheap flights are available with x.l and British Airways. Our apartment is located in Oasis del Sur in Los Cristianos which is only 15mins away from the South Airport. Taxis, rental cars and local buses are available outside.

Further details indoors: The apartment includes flat screen TV s, (1 in lounge and 1 in bedroom), DVD Player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, cooker, iton etc and there is also a washing machine stored away in a cupboard. The bedroom as 2 single beds which can be made up to 1 double if so wished and then are 2 bedside tables together with wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is a breakfast bar suitable for 2 and a leather corner unit for seating. There will be DVDs available to watch in the apartment. A welcome pack is provided at the apartment when you arrive e.g. coffee tea and water.
Further details outdoors: There are two swimming pools one adults and one children's and the sun terraces have sun all day. The children's pool and adults pool are heated in winter.
Loungers are available, sun umbrellas and pads are available for 1.00 euro each. Try our pool side bar which provides reasonable priced meals with a wonderful service.

A £100 deposit would be required when booking. Balance of payment 8 weeks before departure together with a £200.00 bond which is returnable on inspection of apartment and key returned.
No 18-20 s groups please and the person booking must be over 21.
