This privately owned spacious Duplex apartment has been tastefully decorated and refurbished. It is located in a quiet upmarket Oasis Del Sur area of the Los Cristianos resort, close to a considerable number of excellent bars and International restaurants, and is a 15 minute stroll down to the beach and town centre. In the lounge/dining area there are 2 new Leather Suites (2011), dining table and 4 chairs, and there is a new 32 in HD LCD TV, with BBC1 and 2 ITV Chn4 Sky Sports 1 & 2 . The newly equipped kitchen has oven, fridge, microwave, halogen hob, toaster and kettle. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge. On the ground floor there is also a large double bedroom with Kingsize bed plus a new bathroom , with washing machine. Downstairs there is a spacious twin bedroom with en-suite facilities . On the complex there is a large elevated sun terrace, which is in full sun all day with superb panoramic views down to the Harbour. There is an onsite bar/cafe serving English Breakfasts plus a range of homemade snacks plus drinks during the day. There is WIFI facility on the complex (ask for details)..

This complex is designed over separate phases, each phase having its own private swimming pool, and sunbathing terraces. Ther is also also an on-site supermarket and two Poolside bars both serving snacks and hot food. Within 300 metres there a a number of excellent bars and restaurants, while another convenience of this complex is the facility of street parking - a very rare advantage in the popular tourist resorts of South Tenerife. This is a small complex far enough away from the centre so as not to suffer from late night noise, but near enough to be able to walk in to town. A key for your apartment and an information pack will be posted to you 14-21 days prior to your departure date. All management and location details are included. Tenerife Golf is booming and the island has established itself as one of the most popular golf destinations in Europe with six championship level golf courses open to the public in Tenerife. These include Golf del Sur, probably the best known of the Tenerife Golf Courses as it has hosted rounds of the European PGA Tour. There is also the stunning Costa Adeje course which also has hosted the European PGA Tour. This is now becoming known amongst the premier golf courses in Tenerife together with the Las Americas Golf Course. The newest and most exclusive course is the Abama Resort in Guia de Isora and finally in the North of the Island Buenavista Golf Course situated on the north west of the Tenerife coast line. Another highly recommended course is the 9 hole - par three Golf Los Palos. This beautiful and challenging short course is ideal for beginners or for perfecting the short game.
Another superb day for Golfers is to take the Ferry to La Gomera and play The Tacina Course. The Fred Olsen Company who own the Ferry the Golf course and Hotel at Tacina offer a number of day and stopover Packages.

There is a low cost Internet Facility a two minute walk from the apartment.
We try to be flexible regarding times for access to the apartment, but where we have concurrent bookings earliest check in time is 3pm and latest departure time is 11am. The complex is 10kms away from the main Tenerife Sur Airport, it is 20 euros in a taxi. You can book a return transfer from the complex to the Airport for 15 euros for up to 4 people, there is a luggage room facility, where you can leave cases, if you book the transfer and have a late flight.............. There are free sunbeds and umbrellas around the pool area

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and offers a great range of attractions. Tenerife has an all year round tropical climate making it a perfect holiday destination whatever the time of year, enjoying nearly continous sunshine. The south of the island is where the majority of the tourism is concentrated, with the nortern part retaining a traditional way of life. Mount Tiede dominates the island, a volcanic mountain splitting the island in two and offering spectacular lunar landscapes.
The Los Cristianos / Oasis del Sur area
Los Cristianos, once a small fishing village, still retains its charm, and is a delightful place to stay. There are an abundance of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade. In the town there is a picturesque square with some excellent shops, it also boasts a popular Sunday market. This resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 70F. There is a regular ferry that take you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions eg see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. There is a fantastic local water park which is ideal for the children and adults alike with a free bus which picks up in the local area.There are various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also a number fishing trips. This holiday has something for everyone
General information Los Cristianos is very well served by buses, which will take you to all parts of Tenerife. The cheapest way to travel is to buy a 'Bono' card in advance (although it is not obligatory) as this will give you a 30%-50% discount on all your trips. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz are all within reach providing access to Loro Park, Parque Nacional de las Canadas del Teide, etc ,etc......... Taxis are comparatively cheap and will get you around Playa de las Americas, and any of the local Golf courses....

The apartment is a 15 min drive from the Tenerife Sur (TFS) Airport , this is the main airport there are numerous UK Charter Airlines flying into this airport, on mainly Friday or Tuesdays which are the main Changeover Days.

Just a note to let you know we had a wonderful time. A very relaxing break with wonderful weather. The apartment is ideal, absolutely perfect for our needs and a very peaceful location. The local ex pats were all very friendly and the Sangria in the little bar was wonderful!
We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to anyone or in fact returning ourselves.

The home was nice and clean. The general area was really good - not noisy as other resorts. There were a few restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within close proximity of the complex, however, within a mile radius, you could find as many shops and bars as you like.
The owners were quite helpful, therefore when we got there, everying was what we expected.
Jill the lady who looks after the apartment was also very helpful, couldnt fault her.
This area would be suited for all ages, those looking for a peaceful holiday, while still not far from all the action and the beach.
Thanks for a very good experience.

Had an excellent holiday, the apartment very comfortable it is spacious, clean and has been recently refurbished. The 32inch LCD tv with British Channels including Sky Sports are great, there are two new bathrooms and double glazing throughout.
Jill who looks after the apartment for Kay and Martin is really friendly and lives on the complex two apartments away.
There is a small friendly poolbar on the complex and there are lots of Bars and restaurants within a five minute walk.
All in all a great holiday with super Winter Sun weather

The apartment is in great location; quiet and away from the bustle but near enough to walk into town or down to the Sunday market. It is well appointed with all you could need for a break away from home and even had a mini library in on bedroom!
There is a file in the apartment with details of local restaurants and take-aways and excursions available which can be booked close to the apartment and the service fron the lady looking after the apartment locally was great.
Everything was clean and comfortable, just right for a relaxing time away from the pressures of work and the holiday was made even better by the marvellous weather we had. I'd definitely recommend to friends and I would go back again.

The 2 bedroomed apartment with en suite facilites and separate bathroom was superb and the 32" lcd tv was a nice surprise too! . the property was very clean and very well maintained and the customer service was excellent throughout .the poolside bar offered a wide range in food and drink and the couple who run the bar were lovely and looked after their customers very well we would highly recommend this property and we would definitley go back.
