Ideal for families with younger children...and the older age group and suitable for wheelchair access. Very central a few minutes walk to the beach, Sunday market, bars restaurants and the promenade where you can walk along the beach front till you arrive at Playa de las Americas.....Lovely ground floor apartment in prime and peaceful location . TV /DVD players ... double sofa bed ,rocking chair. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave. Security SAFE inside apartment. BBC & ITV TV channels. Well kept complex, with on site bar and restaurant, heated swimming pool with divided shallow area for kids.
Lounge and Bedroom have ceiling fans installed..
Balcony with table, chairs ,sun brolley and own sunbeds and a clothes airier. Open view onto swimming pool.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some exellent restaurants close by, plenty of bars and the famous Sunday market

Golf course close by at Golf de Sur.
There is a pay phone and internet access on the site.
The bar restaurant serves great food and very reasonable priced ..and also has a GREAT drink prices 1 euro a pint .!!!!!!!

Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment will sleep 4 persons, with large balcony in prime location

Linen/towels will be provided weekly.
Check-in time is 2pm (to allow time to clean apartment if there are people staying there before you). Checkout time is usually 10am but can be flexible if there is no one coming in after you and the apartment does not need to be cleaned straight away.
Smoking allowed on sun terrace.
Late booking will be accepted but must be paid in full.

Conditions

£50 secures booking, to be paid in full 6 weeks before arrival date of holiday.

Boat trips around island and plenty fun filled water sports.
Golf courses very close for the sunshine golfers.
Mount Teide is often snow capped in the winter ,so don't miss the cable car ride...or that amazing view of the snow on the mountain while sunbathing !!

“perfect home away from home, with 2 toddlers absolutley no stress” Hi Willie and Christine, > Wanted to drop a line to say a massive thank you for use of your apt > last week, absolutely loved it everything you could ask for in it > didn't even have an item of washing returning from holidays for the > first time ever. Spar within walking distance, good restaurants would highly recommend Taylors, beach in los cristianos wasnt great but found a perfect one beyond the first with real sand! only 20 min walk from apt. It is a quite location would only recommend it for those in search of a relaxing break but Las America's Veronica Strip is only a taxi ride away for 10 euros for the night life!!

apartments were great, good location. stayed in apt 9a1, privately rented. taxi from the airport cost 20euros. book taxi going back from Victoria Services which costs just 16euros.

close to bars, restaurants and shops. the little italy restaurant was lovely as was the oyster catcher.

went to the spar just up the hill, which is a bit dearer than the dino hypermarket which we found a coupla days before we left, it is located near the Gran Arona hotel. Also just behind the Gran Arona Hotel is an Iceland, (if you want frozen food). We didnt, we eat out most nights. it was cheap enough, but we did find a shop called the stop & shop that did spit roast chicken, we had that one night with salad in the apartment. as you go out of the complex turn right, and cross over to the left, it is just up the street.

the pool at the complex is very nice and clean. there is a pool bar which also does take away, so you can order your food and eat it in your apts.

the complex is a short walk to the beach front, which is great, loads of restaurants & bars.

will definitely go back to these apartments.

Good morning William,

The holiday was fantastic. We were very pleased with the apartment, and the complex as a whole. The staff at Victoria services was very friendly and informative, and as you know we were close to everything, market, beach, shops, so great.

Remember, that our return journey was from the North Airport. Well, no problems even then. We took a bus from the bus station which took us directly to Santa Cruz in approx 45 minutes, 6.90 euros each. Then we took another bus to the Airport, 15 minutes, 1.40 euros each.

I will definitely keep your details and am sure that we will want to use the apartment again in the future, if it is available.
