Just as a reminder to all holidaymakers that the Palm-Mar area has the most sunny hours of Europe. There are beautiful avenues to take a walk close to the sea, trekking trails close to the sea and arround the Rasca volcano, a beach to swim. There are many diferent kinds of restaurants to eat, and bars, and supermarkets too close to the apartament.

The Clex is into a new Urb. with all amenities . Restaurants, pizzeria, Indian food, pub, supermarket and so on.
Also we can arrange the Rent A car On Place. Just make the inquires at the reservation time and Special Routes for a places not well-known.. With possibility to have in your flat a typical canaria Menu'. With typical Dress !!!
Close to the complex are a natural reserve of volcanic rocks, were we can enjoy and breath the marvelous energy come from the earth. In these place many people affirm get better of their osseous and arthritis afflictions.

Conditions
Conditions of Reservation. Once reserved people must pay the 20% of the total PRICE and the balance on the arrival day. 200€ of Deposit will be required for security reasons.
The Tenerife region
The Canary Islands are now divided into two provinces; the western islands are mountainous, dominated by Tenerife’s Mount Teide whereas the eastern islands like Lanzorote are flat and boast beautiful and uncrowded beaches. Tenerife offers the widest range of tourist attractions of any of the Canaries, with its spectacular volcanic scenery and distinctive black sands.
A new urbanisation, close to Golf Course and at only 5 min far by car to the NICE BEACHES of Las Americas & Los Cristianos. Palm Mar is a very nice and quite place where you can rest and take the sun and also well located to visit all the interested places of the island.
The Los Cristianos / Arona area
Palm-Mar, a bit of everything. Activities are in abundance, watersports and boat trips, animal parks, sky parks and Aqua Park. All the parks offer free transport just outside the complex.
Bike, golf, fishing, tracking, walking, trekking, eating typical food. This is the area where you can enjoy sunsets & so on, Agua -Park at only 5 min by Car.

From Airport of Tenerife South Take direction to Las Americas. Then take EXIT 26 GUAZA, LAS GALLETAS cross a tunnel and a rotunda, and follow the main road down to LAS GALLETAS crossing a rotunda direction to the sea, till a third rotunda when you'll see Palm-Mar on the right side. Once you've pass the Arch. You are close to the apartament. Just give me a Call.
