About the home
Our Penthouse is located just five minutes walk from the beach. It's quiet and peaceful, and only fifteen minutes by car or taxi to the other resorts such as Puerto Colon which is famed for it's beautiful port and large array of bars and restaurants which all offer delicious local food, as well as lots of other cuisines to suit all kinds of taste buds.
The duplex has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting on Sundays, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own communal pool and a separate pool for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double en-suite and one twin bedroom en-suite, the villa is ideal for families.
The pictures of the property do not do it justice, it needs to be seen to be appreciated for its size and elegance, it is very clean also, and every new guest that arrives can be rest assured that it has had a thorough clean from top to bottom.

The Tenerife region


Tenerife offers the widest range of tourist attractions of any of the Canaries, with its spectacular volcanic scenery and distinctive black sands.
There are plenty of water-sports on offer and a vibrant night-life.
Los Cristianos is an old fishing village, with ferry trips to the secluded islands of La Gomera and El Hierro which both boast dramatic scenery.

There are two Waterparks located within 20 minutes from the duplex apartment, which both are a great day out for the family, there is a market in Los Cristianos every Sunday, there are many market stalls offering all kinds of bargains from jewellery to clothing.
Los Cristianos is a lovely friendly quiet area of Tenerife South, it can be as quiet or as busy as you like it.
Mount Tiedi is a popular attraction for the adventurous, where it can offer days out such as Cycling, Horse Riding or just simply Trekking.
There are also plenty of water-sports to be enjoyed, and many boat trips which offer you the chance to see whales, Dolphins and all kinds of sea life.
The local beach Las Vistas offers lovely white sands and beautiful warm sea should you be a sun worshiper.
So simply Los Cristianos offers something for everybody!

The apartment is in a great location is very tastefully furnished, very spaious and equipped to a high standard, it also boasts lovely sea views from the spacious balconies. The complex is very well kept with lovely gardens and pool area. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants and also a well stocked supermarket within easy walking distance. The beach and resort centre are a leisurely 15 minute walk from the complex. |

Pricing per week for the Duplex apartment is £400, this excludes peak seasons such as School Holidays, for all School holiday, Christmas and New Year periods the price per week is £500.
A minimum payment of £100 must be paid immediately to confirm and secure your booking with us.
Prices are based on 2 persons sharing, additional persons £50 each per week (Please note: these prices are equal for Children)
PLEASE NOTE: We are only accepting 2 week bookings during the Christmas/New Year period
Payments will be accepted through electronic bank transfer or cheque (as long as the cheque has cleared before your departure)
Transfers from the Airport via Taxi costs approximately €20 each way.
