Home description
Dinastia is one of the newest complexes in Los Cristianos nestled inbetween Paradise Park and Castle Harbour. Dinastia has a lovely pool and the a heated children's pool along with a sunbathing area and sunloungers. A lovely pool bar is on site serving quality food.
The penthouse has marble floors throughout this gives it a lovely cool feel, ideal on hot days. The penthouse has all modern conveniences to make ones stay enjoyable and relaxing.
The complex is near to the new Passaralla Shopping centre with its shops and restaurants, however there is a good local supermarket just across the road from Dinastia. There are ample restaurants including a lovely Canarian and Mexican all within a short walking distance.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary islands. In the south there is sunshine all year round. The north is cooler and damper, with lush foliage. In the centre is Mount Tiede and it's not unusual to have snow on its peak while the sun is splitting the stones in Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas! It is indeed an island of contrasts - but well worth the effort of exploring it.
Los Cristianos area
The penthouse is located in the sunny resort of Los Cristianos. There are 2 supermarkets and 6 restaurants nearby as well as a taxi rank, bus depot and pick-up point for island tours. It's a quiet area but the main resort is just a short walk away. There are many activities available within a reasonable distance including golf, aquapark, watersports and nightlife. Playa de las Americas, with its vibrant nightlife is not too far away and we would strongly recommend you visit the beautiful beach/harbour area of Puerto Colon which is just a short taxi ride away

Further details indoors: The living area is very spacious and has two lovely settees. A sideboard with TV /DVD and lamp compliments this. Currently the community complex receives BBC1, BBC2. There is a dining area with table and six chairs. The kitchen is semi independent and has a full range of units along with a breakfast bar with two stools. The kitchen is fully fitted and all crockery -kitchen utensils are provided.
The living area has AIR-CON and also has the facility for heat should it get cold!! Off the living room are patio doors leading to the lovely balcony which has some of the best views of Los Cristianos.
On this level there is a bedroom with twin beds -fitted wardrobes - AIR-CON and ceiling fan. There is a large shower room with toilet - bidet - sink with mirror and shower cubicle.
One of the lovely settees provides extra sleeping. However a camp bed can be provided upstairs. Please enquire for further details.
In the hallway there is a storage wardrobe with a washing machine.
Upstairs there is a dressing-wardrobe area and bathroom. The master bedroom is very spacious with a double bed, bedside tables and patio doors onto its own private terrace.
A fridge and tea/coffee making facilites also compliments the top floor for the master bedroom.
Further details outdoors: The balcony off the living room has two sunloungers and a patio table and six chairs. The views are just wonderful of Los Cristianos, the sea and also the mountains.
Upstairs the master bedroom has its own private balcony again with views!!!
All the sunbeds have a sun pad and large beach towel.
