The property has lovely views of the sea. The complex is extremely well maintained with an Andulacian theme. The complex attracts couples and families and there is a very friendly atmosphere.
Heated complex pool during the winter months and having English channels makes this apartment ideal for a family or couples. Restaurants and supermarkets all within a 5 minute walking distance. The new Passaralla shopping centre and the new bars/restaurants in front of El Mirador provide a great variety of food and there is something for everyone.

This studio represents excellent value for money benefitting from English TV - Air/Con and a washing machine.
The studio is comfortably furnished and has a lovely position with sea views and views of La Gomera.
The studio is in the front block of Port Royale and therefore the balcony does get a great deal of sunshine.
The studio can sleep up to three - twin beds and a bed settee.
The bathroom has a corner shower along with toilet and sink and washing machine.
The kitchen is compact with microwave, kettle, toaster , two ring hob and crockery.

The balcony is very large and receives loads of sun. A sunshade is provided just in case you need to be in the shade. The balcony has a patio set along with sunloungers.
There is a security grill on the front door, so one can leave the door open to allow a cool breeze through!

The Tenerife region
There are plenty of places to visit inside Los Cristianos and surround areas. However the north of the island boasts many historical sites and is worth a visit.
Teide Mountain is worth a look and we recommend the cable car to the top!
The Los Cristianos area
Los Cristianos has 2 beaches and these are well kept. There is a water park a short taxi ride away in San Eugenio. Festivals - main one is in August. There are plenty of restaurants all within walking distance ranging from traditional English to Indian and Chinese.
