Home description
Situated just a couple of minutes walk away from the sea and the Arona Gran Hotel, this penthouse is very spacious and boasts three terraces. There is lift access to the penthouse and when inside being a duplex there is one flight of stairs. The complex has a lovely pool and a small children's section.
A short walk will bring you to some small bars-restaurants and an Iceland! A further walk of approx 10 minutes brings you to the main beaches in Los Cristianos. There is however a small beach just a 3 minute walk away. The complex is attractive to couples or a family group looking for quality accommodation.

The Tenerife region
There are plenty of places to visit inside Los Cristianos and surround areas. However the north of the island boasts many historical sites and is worth a visit. Teide Mountain is worth a look and we recommend the cable car to the top!
Los Cristianos area
Los Crisitanos has ample of restaurants to suit everyones taste and budget from typically Canarian to Turkish!
The main centre of Los Cristianos has just had a major refurbishment programme and this is nearly completed. New paths and new road surfaces and new paving in the Church Plaza.
Los Cristianos has lots of little side streets and alleys and this is ideal for taking an evening stroll.
The harbour still has the local fish merchants selling their fish and its worth a walk down to.
Nightlife... there are no discos or clubs in Los Cristianos but Jazzissimo and El Faro are worth a visit. Not for club 18-30 but for older couples looking for a sophisicated evening out.

Further details indoors: The living room features two settees, one being a bed settee A TV/DVD is provided here along with sideboard unit. A range of DVDs are provided for your use.
The dining area has a beautiful glass/marble table along with four lovely dining chairs.
The kitchen is separate with a viewing hatch and is fully equipped including a washing machine, kettle - toaster - full oven - hob - microwave - good range of kitchen utensils and crockery. An iron/ironing board is also provided.
Entrance level there is a WC.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom which has a double bed - bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and full length mirror. The en suite has a shower and sink and toilet and mirror over the sink. A hairdryer is provided along with a fan.
The twin bedroom has twin beds - bedside table - fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. A hairdryer is provided for your use.
There is a separate huge bathroom with full bath - shower over - shower screen - toilet - sink with mirror over and bidet.
Off this level is the access door to the huge private roof terrace.
Each guest is allocated two large towels and for stays of 10 nights or longer a midstay linen/laundry change is provided.
Further details outdoors: There is a small balcony of the dining area and a large balcony off the living area. A patio table and chairs are provided. A charcoal BBQ is also provided.
Upstairs there is a spacious roof terrace with four sunloungers and cushions and a sun parasol and base.
A hosepipe is here - to cool you down!!!!
A wall airer is also located here to dry your costumes!
