This spacious 1 bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished and tastefully decorated throughout to a high standard. The accommodation has a large open plan layout comprising of modern fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities. Dining area seating 4 people. Large lounge area with 3 seater double sofa bed and 2 seater settee, TV with satellite showing BBC1 & 2, ITV, CH4, Sky sports, Sky Movies and many more. Fully fitted bedroom with twin beds punka fan and safe available for added security. 4piece bathroom suite including washing machine. There is also a large balcony with table +4chairs.
Los diamantes lll: This is a small, quiet family friendly complex within an easy walk down to the town, beach and harbour, yet sufficiently distanced to avoid any late noise from bars and late night clubs. There are 3 phases to the complex each having there own swimming pools, poolside bar facilities to phase2 and 3, large sun terrace with stunning views down to the sea and harbour. There are excellent restaurants and bars close by, or a trip into Las Americas just a short taxi ride away. We believe there’s something for everybody in Tenerife.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is an ideal destination for both summer and winter holidays as it enjoys year round sunshine. There is something for people of all ages in Tenerife. Well kept beaches, bars and restaurants for all tastes, golf courses, many worthwhile excursion and water theme parks. With Mount Tiede dominating the landscape the National Park is a must with it’s lunar landscape and a trip to the top of the crater in the cable car.
Los Cristianos / Arona area
Los Cristianos is a family friendly resort with lots of good quality restaurants and shops. There are several sandy beaches. There are 5 championship level golf courses within 10 to 20 minute taxi ride, some courses require handicap certificates. Los Cristianos is well served by buses which can take you round the Island at a very reasonable rate. Tourists can alternatively take a boat trip from the harbour to sightsee whales and dolphins or a glass bottom catamaran trip or perhaps learn how to sail or scuba dive.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South Airport seved by all UK Airports. Cheap flights are always worth searching for. Taxi to apartment is around 20 euros, taking about 10 to15 mins.

Further details outdoors: The apartment is on a well-maintained complex with heated swimming pool .there is also a very reasonably priced poolside bar with a great atmosphere. There are free sun loungers and parasols. There is a large elevated sun-terrace with all day sun and panoramic harbour and sea views. The complex offers a games room for kids with pool table, air hockey and internet access. We also have a well stocked supermarket on site.

The apartment is looked after by an experienced English speaking management company. change over days are flexible. All linen and towels included, excluding beach towels. Apartment cleaning carried out prior to arrival and fresh linen and towels provided weekly.
