About the home

Set within the more exclusive end of Los Cristianos this apartment offers the perfect combination of peace and tranquility yet is only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and resort centre for those who like it a bit livelier.

This apartment has one of the best positions within the complex with a south facing balcony offering lovely views over the resort to the sea. From here you have a staircase to the private roof terrace with even more sunshine and further panoramic views!

We are an English couple who run a holiday rental business in Tenerife and we look after a range of apartments / villas in the area., including many in El Mirador. Because of this many people book with us in the reassurance that not only are you getting a high quality holiday apartment but the benefit of having our staff close by should we be needed during your stay. If this apartmentn isn't available we will normally have others in El Mirador that are so please do enquire!

We also provide car hire and a very popular taxi meet and greet service from the airport. Please enquire for further details.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
The living room has a sofa bed so can sleep 4 people. Satellite TV is provided picking up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4, Sky Sports, Sky News and other channels. Patio doors from the living room lead to the balcony and those lovely sea views.

The kitchen is sparklingly fresh and fully equipped. The bedroom has a huge fitted warbrobe, twin beds and patio doors also leading to the ground floor terrace.

It's such a peaceful complex that it's hard to believe you are not too far away from the resort centre. When you lie on the sunbed on the terrace, everything is so tranquil with the only noise being the very occasional horn from a ferry leaving the harbour!

Further details outdoors:
Whilst many of the apartments in El Mirador require a significant number of steps to reach them, this apartment us located in L block which is one of the best positions and requires no steps. You can simply pull up outside, walk through the complex gates and into the apartment. There are no steps from the entrance to L block.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars, supermarkets, car hire and excursion shops etc. On the outside of the complex are some cafes and quiet bars.

The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at LasVistas is a 10 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

The Tenerife region

The great thing about Tenerife is that the climate remains fairly consistent and does not reach the extremes of heat that other countries in Europe encounter in the summer.The North and South of Tenerife have very different characters. The North with a higher average rainfall is cooler and lush. The South is relatively rain free and basks in the sun for most of the year. The stunning thing about a winter holiday in the south of Tenerife is that you can be sat on the beach or by the pool but be looking up at Mount Teide which can be covered in snow!

The Los Cristianos / Oasis del Sur area

The Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos is fairly quiet but just 10-15 mins walk from the resort centre, the harbour and the beach.

You have everything you need locally - supermarkets, good quality restaurants, car hire, exchange, a bank etc. The perimeter of the complex has some really nice bars serving food. One is a cabaret bar with nightly entertainment and there is also a Sports Bar showing all the major events.

However if you walk to the centre of Los Cristianos you will be presented with much more! Shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs you have everything you need. The Las Vistas beach is known as one of the most picturesque in the area. Here you will also find the port of Los Cristianos where many excursions can be booked (Dolphins etc) but also day trips to some of the other islands close by.

The complex is just 5 mins drive from the Las Americas Golf course and with four other courses wthin 20 mins and an ideal climate it is not surprising that Tenerife is one of the most popular golfing destinations in Europe.
