This Los Cristianos apartment to rent is quite unique. It benefits from a huge ground floor terrace yet still have lovely sea views over Los Cristianos harbour to the sea. From here you have the sunshine from dawn till dusk! It is also one of the few apartments in the complex to have English TV channels - BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.
We are an English couple who run a holiday rental business in Tenerife and we look after a range of apartments / villas in the area. Because of this many people book with us in the reassurance that not only are you getting a high quality holiday apartment but the benefit of having us and our staff close by should we be needed during your stay.

The Tenerife region
The great thing about Tenerife is that the climate remains fairly consistent and does not reach the extremes of heat that other countries in Europe encounter in the summer.The North and South of Tenerife have very different characters. The North with a higher average rainfall is cooler and lush. The South is relatively rain free and basks in the sun for most of the year. The stunning thing about a winter holiday in the south of Tenerife is that you can be sat on the beach or by the pool but be looking up at Mount Teide which can be covered in snow!
Los Cristianos / Oasis del Sur area
The Oasis Del Sur area of Los Cristianos is fairly quiet but just 10-15 mins walk from the resort centre, the harbour and the beach.
You have everything you need locally - supermarkets, good quality restaurants, car hire, exchange, a bank etc. The perimeter of the complex has some really nice bars serving food. One is a cabaret bar with nightly entertainment and there is also a Sports Bar showing all the major events.
However if you walk to the centre of Los Cristianos you will be presented with much more! Shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs you have everything you need. The Las Vistas beach is known as one of the most picturesque in the area. Here you will also find the port of Los Cristianos where many excursions can be booked (Dolphins etc) but also day trips to some of the other islands close by.
The complex is just 5 mins drive from the Las Americas Golf course and with four other courses iwthin 20 mins and an ideal climate it is not surprising that Tenerife is one of the most popular golfing destinations in Europe.

Further details indoors: The living room has a large L Shaped sofa bed and a single sofabed thus making it deal for 4 people. There is a unque satellite TV system picking up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4). Patio doors leading to huge terrace and sea views.
The kitchen is sparklingly fresh and fully equipped. The bedroom has a huge fitted warbrobe, twin beds and patio doors also leading to the ground floor terrace.
The apartment has a HUGE ground floor terrace with all day sunshine, yet shade under the pergola if required. 4 sunbeds, a patio table and 4 chairs are all provided for your comfort. The unique part about this apartment is that hat not only do you get a huge ground floor terrace but the views to the right look right out over Los Cristianos to the harbour and sea. The whole ground floor terrace is private and separate from the rest of the complex. The terrace and the apartment are very secure and safe.
It's such a peaceful complex that it's hard to believe you are not too far away from the resort centre. When you lie on the sunbed on the terrace, everything is so tranquil with the only noise being the very occasional horn from a ferry leaving the harbour!
Further details outdoors: Like the complex, the apartment is brand new with a fresh and sparkling feel. The HUGE ground floor terrace offers the perfect combination of sun and shade. One half of the terrace is covered and therefore offers shade and relief from the sun. The rest of the terrace benefits from glorious all day sunshine. With 4 sunbeds you can relax in peace and quiet and just take the occasional stroll to the pool if you fancy a dip! The complex has two swimming pools (main one above), both are real suntraps and are therefore ideal for sun worshippers. There is an on-site cafe and pool bar.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.
The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at LasVistas is a 10 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.
