Great all year round sun, warm winters often reaching 25deg, summer flowers in the winter, summer weather cooled by sea breezes. Swim all year - without wet suit - safe sandy beaches - go Island hopping to Gomera a short ferry ride for the day.
Visit the old Canarian towns on your way to Mount Tiede, fantastic moon scape scenery or take your self and the children to the many swim and leasure parks by free bus.

The Los Cristianos area

Christmas in Los Cristianos and the arrival of the Three Kings on the 6th January not to be missed - BUT you MUST book early (1 year) as accommodation booked early at this time of year. The Sunday morning market in Los Cristianos if you want a bargain or get to the harbour early in morning for your fresh fish.
The summers are great and not too hot, as the main land and other locations because of the Island status and sea breezes, with accommodation more freely available. Flight departures from all European airports are now freely available and many times a week.
