About the home

Fully refurbished Studio with magnificent views 50 mts from and overlooking Las Vistas beach. Balcony has panoramic views of the beach, sea & Los Cristianos, 2 shared pools one recently refurbished and other being refurbished at the moment , 24hour reception, supermarket, bar & snack bar on complex. TV (can only be used to view DVD), CD player and washing machine. Great for families or couples.Close to a variety of excellent restaurants,bars & shops the world renowned Monkey Bar in appox 200 mtr walk. High fashion shops such as Zara perfumeries and a variety of other shops same distance walk. A five minute walk away are the designer brands of Gucci, Prada etc. The Geranium walk which goes right along the beachfrom Los Cristiano to the far end of Las Americas is just 50mtrs away. Sun on the balcony and Front pool all day you can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by day or night while enjoying a coffee or bottle of vino. Excellent for wheelchair access.Internet access also available in reception and bar area

Conditions

No pets allowed. No smoking in the Studio. To secure a booking a deposit of £50 is required for each week(please write card guarantee details on backk of cheque). A confirmation will be sent withing 7days of receipt of the cheque, this deposit is non-refundable.. Final monies have to be received at least 8 weeks before departure .A £50 refundable breakages deposit is required with the final payment this is not banked unless a problem is found by the management team at the end of the letting period.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife offers all year round sunshine so is ideal for both summer and winter holidays. Teide National park surrounds a Volcano with a cable car ride available to the top. There are lots of places of interest all around the Island with many old villages. An Aqua Park in the south , Loro Park (parrot and animal) in the North. Numerous Golf courses all over the Island 5 being within a 15 min drive, also a crazy golf for the amatures only a 10 min walk away. There are lots of opportunities to go diving and also Whale and Dolphine watching.

The Los Cristianos area

The sudio overlooks and is 50mtrs from the best beach on the island Las Vista. The Geranium walk which is a costal walk will take you right from Los Cristianos to Las Americas, passing many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops along the way. One of the major supermarkets is only a 2 min walk way, along with some of the newest shops in Los Cristianos. The Sunday Market is only a 15-20 min walk along the sea front. There is an abundance of restaurants close by that offer Canarian, Italinan, Chinese, Indian food and many more including the children's favourite Mc Donalds

Fly to Tenerife South Airport - Los Cristianos is 10 mins taxi ride from the airport there are always plenty of taxis available at the airport. Approx charge 20Euros check the price before you get in.

“Fantastic view, sunshine all day.............” We have used this apartment four times now and each time it has been clean and well furnished. The view from the balcony is stunning, my husband loves to get up and watch the sun rise over the hillside above the harbour. There is a good bar on the complex, an adequate small shop, and a sunny pool. There is a very reasonably priced supermarket only a short walk away, but eating out is good value should you want to spoil yourselves. To get to a superb beach you only need to take a few step outside the complex entrance, what more could you ask for!!! Response: Thanks for your lovely review glad you enjoyed it again

“Brill What More Could You Want” .This is a basic apartment with all mod cons,clean tidy and fresh .and not one bug to be seen in 14 days in the apartment..Sun first thing in the morning till sunset .beach 50yds away aprox and all you want on the door step.
