Royal Palm is an extremely attractive complex with beautiful gardens of tropical plants. The complex has two large swimming pools, one of which is heated during the winter months and a separate children’s pool too. Within a few minutes walk there are many lovely restaurants. Studio apartment No.68A Royal Palm has a great location with no stairs either from the road or to the pool, which is 20 metres away from the door. The taxi rank is directly across the road. No.68A has a semi-separate bedroom area with 2 single beds. The lounge area has a 3-seater settee, which folds down into a very good quality double bed. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Flatscreen TV with UK and Sky channels and a DVD player. The apartment was recently refurbished throughout. We have a no smoking policy in the apartment.

Cot's, highchairs and any other infant requirements can be organised by arrangement. The apartment has masses of wardrobe space and has a small safe. The main living area has a new ceiling fan and there is also a portable fan in the apartment. There is a pine table with 4 chairs inside and an outdoor patio set seating 4 too. TV has all of the standard UK channels and numerous Sky channels inc Sports. There is a DVD player. There is a telephone, which can be switched on by arrangement.

The apartment is only 20 - 30 metres from the pool deck area. Sunloungers are plentiful on the pool deck and there are pool tables and dart boards for amusement. Rosie's Cantina is perhaps tenerife's best Mexican restaurant and is situated onsite at Royal Palm.

Once you arrive at Royal Palm, Neil and Barbera will take care of your needs and are on hand should you encounter any problems. They will prepare the apartment for your arrival, provide linen and towels for your stay and leave a welcome pack for you.
The Tenerife region


From the wide-open skies of volcano Mount Teide right down to the splendid beaches and everything in between, this sub-tropical paradise contains unique plants, flowers and wildlife that will delight you. And with great bars, cafés, restaurants, and nightclubs, the night-life in nearby Las Americas will impress the club lovers.
There are plenty to see: Teide National Park, Villa de la Orotava (this old town distinguishes itself by its magnificent and monumental architectonic structures) and it botanic gardens, Parque Loro (with over 300 species of parrots), Barranco del Infierno (considered the walker's paradise) and much much more.
The Los Cristianos / Arona area
Royal Palm sits about 750 metres from the front of Los Cristianos and is in the vicinity of Beverly Hills Club, Paradise Park, Port Royale and El Mirador. There is a great variety and a good number of nice bars and restaurants within 1-5 minutes walk. The walk to the front takes 10-15 minutes and is a gentle downhill stroll. We have 3 apartments on Royal Palm. Apt no.1 and 68a are within 10 metres from each other with Apt no.177 situated at the other end of the complex around 120 metres from the other two. A taxi rank is positioned 20 metres from the front door of no's.1 & 68a so getting around further afield is easy. The centre of Los Cristianos contains dozens of very good bars and restaurants but Los Cristianos is not a 'nightclub venue', it retains much of the charm of the picturesque fishing village with a relaxed atmosphere. 5 Euros’ in a taxi takes you into the hustle and bustle of Las Americas with its countless activities but escaping from that back to Royal Palm is always good. The LC area is very wheelchair friendly with ramps to ease access and again apt no's.1 & 68a Royal Palm has no steps to negotiate either from the pavement or on your route to the pool area. Apt 177 is up one flight of stairs.

Regular flights available from all main UK airports to Tenerife (South). If you require help with car hire, we can organise this for you. Taxi's are plentiful at the airport and the cost is around 20-25 Euro's to Royal Palm. If you prefer, we can organise a private transfer for around the same cost.

The apartment was perfectly situated, quiet, yet a couple of minutes from great restaurants/bars/supermarkets. Although a studio, it felt very spacious to us, and was immactulately clean and comfortable. Studio had everything you would need, including a great powerful shower. The Royal Palm complex is simply beautiful, built like an Andalucian white washed village, flowers and birds everywhere. We will definitely return, this place is a real find. Would not recommend to people who like noise 24/7. |
