The apartment terrace receives the sun from mid morning to sunset. Sun worshippers also have a large sunbathing terrace with changing rooms, toilets and pool bar set amongst tropical gardens. The Dinastia complex is located within a short walking distance of a variety of fabulous shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The Tenerife region

Los Cristianos / Dinastia area

At night there are several dinner shows to choose from such as the Medieval Night Dinner show or Flamenco Ballet as well as countless restaurants which cater for all tastes. Fly to Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) served by Manchester, Cardiff, Bristol, Gatwick, Birmingham, East Midalands, Stanstead, Luton and others, cheap Flights are always worth searching for. Car Hire available pre bookable, can be picked up at the Airport 40 mtrs from Airport Arrivals. The Taxi fare to the Dinastia Complex is 20 Euros approx.

Further details outdoors: Dinastia is suited to those who are looking for a luxurious holiday apartment in a more select area away from town centre hustle and bustle, but close enough to local restaurants, cafes and shops and bars. There are 2 free formed heated pools, 1 children’s pool and also a full size pool (heated from Nov to April). The pool area and terrace also benefits from having a popular pool side restaurant / bar, which provides a friendly service at fair prices. There is a small charge per day for sun beds and shades used on the main terrace. The nearest beach faces the habour and is about 15 mins walk away. There is another larger beach called Las Vistas which is a further 10 mins walk away. Both beaches are served with shops, bars and restaurants to serve all tastes. There is a nearby Taxi rank if required, to get access to the nearby resorts of Las Americas, Adeje, or Fanabe.

In the North of the island is The Real Club de Golf de Tenerife. In southern Tenerife the 18 holes of Amarilla Golf & country Club run alongside the sea. Los Palos Golf Centre is a par 27 nine hole course in the south of the island. Golf Las Americas is adjacent to Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The course has a par of 72 and is an 18-hole golf course. Golf Costa Adeje is located just five kms from Playa de Las Americas.

The Apartment is looked after by an experienced English Speaking Management company.
All linen and towels included, excluding beach towels. Apartment cleaning for a 1 week stay is carried out prior to arrival and after vacatation. For a 2 week stay there will be a mid stay clean and a change of linen. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request for an extra cost.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 per week is required, with a balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Please note a refundable security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance. A named adult in the traveling party over the age of 21 is required to make the bookings. No bookings will be taken from single groups. Normaly the change over day is Friday and the apartment needs to be vacated by 10.00 am and arrivals no earlyer than 2.00 pm, but we will be flexible on both pending circumstances and availability.
It is a strictly 'No Smoking' Apartment, however permitted on the balcony.

Had a lovely holiday. apartment was great and very clean. the view is really something. a nice stroll to the sea. a bit of a climb back though. we got a taxi most days as it doesnt cost much and we had a baby and buggy. the security on the apartment is very good indeed. highly recommended. thanks Andy H, May 08

Just back from your appt. excellent ,views are something else, would recommend to anybody looking for a lovely clean appt. in a lovely complex, goodfellows is an friendly eating place with good food,jim alec and staff look after you well, only down side is pool is not heated and is baltic,hopefully this will be rectified in the future, have been going to tenerife for thirty years and can recommend this appt.
