This apt is suitable for 2-4 guests . The apt enjoys views of Los Cristianos, the sea & swimming pool.It has 2 bedrooms....1 large twin-bedded room , & 1 smaller twin-bedded room, plus 2 shower-rooms - 1 en-suite & both with toilets. The apt has a delightful balcony that is ideal for all day relaxation, dining & enjoying afternoon sunshine.

The apartment is situated on the 4th floor (lift) & is on a very popular family complex with a large swimming pool, & is only a 10-15min walk in to Los Cristianos and the beach. Los Cristianos is a delightful local fishing village where one can find the very best of restaurants, or just a small local bar serving fresh fish. Security Safe....Free of charge.

Internet facilities are available through the complex so you're never out of touch with loved ones. On arrival at our apt, you will find a welcome pack including chilled white wine, cold beers, fresh water, tea, coffee sugar, milk ,etc.

We offer 'home from home 'amenities. Our enthusiasm to please you is boundless. This apartment is very popular due to the lovely location and relaxing atmosphere. Los Alisios is an attractive & very popular resort. , with sunny terraces & a lively pool bar. The complex itself is quiet & secluded yet only a 10-15 mins walk away from the beach & fishing town with the delightful harbour of Los Cristianos.. We offer excellent maintenance service ,with 'home from home' amenities. English TV channels with DVD, etc.

This apt is situated only 5 mins walk to the local bus parade where all buses to other sunny resorts of the island stop frequently to pick -up visitors not wishing to hire cars. These buses journeys are very low in price, & yet you can be in the north of the island within 1 hour.
We have other apartments available near this development so can easily cater for larger groups, please contact us for further details.

All rents throughout the year, apart from Christmas & New Year; weekly, are from £275 for 2 persons, £335 for 3 persons, & £365 for 4 persons. Please check price panel for the period you wish to travel.

We are offering clients who book our 4 weekly let a special discount.....

For 2 persons with our weekly delivery of full linen supply, the price is £890, for 3, £990 & for 4 persons, £1.090

Naturally, you are most welcome to have family members or visitors to stay with with you during your extended stay - subject to maximum occupancy. The price per week, per visitor is £60 with full linen supply .

For the Xmas/ New Year 2 weeks..the price for 2014/5 is £945 pounds for 2 persons, £1.145 for 3, & £1.345 pounds for 4 persons. Please note these 2 weeks are let only together, minimum stay 2 weeks

Payments may be made via Barclays bank UK in Sterling Pounds or Barclays Tenerife, in Euros.

Extra days are available should you wish to add a day or two onto your holiday, eg £45 or 2 persons per extra day, £50, for 3, & £55 for 4 persons.

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM 18 - 23 YRS AGE-GROUP

If your flight is late-leaving on your day of departure we can often keep that day free of bookings & offer you full use of your apt until your transport arrives to take you to the airport. The price for this service is 35 pounds for 2 persons, 40 for 3, & 45 for 4 persons. Please query our availabilty when booking.

Conditions

Conditions of Booking
1.A Deposit of £100 per week (This rises to £200 per week for Christmas bookings) is due on booking payable at any branch of Barclays Bank in the UK. Payments details are provided on booking.Payments can also be made in euros.

2.The Balance is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival, and you will be advised of this date at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to cancel any booking where the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, and in this instance the whole of the deposit is forfeit

3.Client cancellations: In the event of a cancellation by the client the following charges apply:

8+ weeks 50% of deposit
5-7 weeks 75% of total cost
0-4 weeks 100% of total cost

4.Apartments are normally available from 14:30 on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:30 on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made.

5.Letters for insurance purpose, due to sickness etc are supplied in all cases for total claim.

6.Lost keys will result in an automatic call out fee of €20, plus the cost of the replacement keys

“A Great Holiday” Our first visit to Tenerife, 9th to 23rd March 2013, and had a great holiday. We were greeted by Nancy Hall, who, even though she had been waiting nearly one an half hours due to luggage delay, gave us the most warm and friendly welcome. She escorted us right into the apartment after giving us a tour of the town and giving us invaluable information re shopping, places to visit, restaurants in which to eat and especially where best to stand to watch the Carnival next day. Thank you so much Nancy you saved our first day. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all required for a good self catering holiday. The balcony was sunny from about mid morning to sunset, with a little shade for those not wanting to sit in full sun and with a view of the pool and distant sea - ideal for evening meals. We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return sometime soon. Elvina and Michael, Cambs.

“Wonderful holiday” We arrived at the apartment and were met by Nancy Hall who even helped us with our luggage. Once in the apartment she quickly gave us a tour and explained how things worked and showed us our welcome pack which included wine, beer, water, tea coffee and milk. She also gave some information on local shopping etc. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for our stay. We generally eat out every evening and occasionally prepare a light lunch in the accommodation together with breakfast. However, had we wanted to cook there was a full cooker and all the pots/pans you could need. The balcony had a view over the pool area with the sea in the background and had the sun on it from about 10 am till sunset each day. The position of the complex suited us perfectly as we do not like to be in the centre of a resort but rather like being a bit further away which usually gurantees a good nights sleep. That was certainly the case here, although it was only a 10 - 15 minute walk to the harbour area which was really nice for walking off a great meal each evening. There was a bar on the complex which served snacks and had some low key entertainment each evening. We did not swim in the pool as it was unheated but the sea was nice and warm so we swam there instead. All in all the apartment was exactly as described and I would definitely book here again if I return to Tenerife.
