The Los Cardones Complex (3 keys) is situated centrally in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The Los Cardones Complex many on site facilities include restaurant / bar, supermarket, rent-a-car, fitness centre, squash, sauna, Jacuzzi, Martial arts hall with instructor, 24 hour Reception and security services, Gift shop and News stand. The complex covers an area of 7,000 square metres, much of which is exotically landscaped with palm tree walkways leading to the Bungalow Villas and a split Swimming pool with a terrace and supplied sunbeds around the pool and a cool drink from the pool bar. In the evening you just walk out the front of the Complex and you are in the heart of the shops and a very short walk to the beach. The road outside the Los Cardones Complex has been Predestinated so adding the the Beauty and the well positioned aspect of the Complex. The Los Cardones Complex is also known as the Colonial Village, when it was built as a timeshare Complex, but now almost all the Bungalow Villas and Apartments are privately owned these days.

The Tenerife region

The largest, liveliest and loudest of the sunny south coast resorts. Playa de Las Americas boasts several dark sand beaches, assorted watersports, a water park with a Dolphinarium, innumerable shops and a vast amount of restaurants offering every thing from pie and chips to paella... but that’s only half the story - the resort really comes alive at night with an incredible array of nightclubs, floor shows, discos and a casino. There are two, international standard golf courses six miles away in Adeje, and now the recently finished Golf Las Americas between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas. Journey time from Reina Sofia Airport is approximately 25 minutes by coach. It’s the type of place where, by the time you get home again, you might need a holiday to recover! The main tourist resort in the south of Tenerife is certifiably crazy, mad as a march hare and just waiting to pounce on the unwary tourist! Whatever you want (whether you’re aware you want it or not!), Las Américas offers it all to you with a sunny smile and a glass of your favourite tipple! Playa de Las Americas compares favourably and ranks on equal terms with any European ‘sun, sand and sea’ destination. The location of Playa de Las Américas owes more than a little to its enviable weather. It is situated at the southern end of the west coast (or western end of the south coast if you like), where the climate is the best on the whole island. And thanks to some skilful land development the area now offers some of the best beaches in Tenerife, all of which meet European Commission cleanliness standards. The waters off Las Américas beaches are warm, calm and safe, with breakwaters constructed to ensure this where necessary. Las Américas is a jungle of hotels and holiday facilities. As a strictly tourist town built up from nothing over the last thirty years or so, you will not find much Spanish/Canarian culture or history in Las Américas (not that the town harbours any such allusions in the first place). It is a tourist haven pure and simple, with no pretensions to be anything else. It is geared to fun, fun, fun all the way. And what’s wrong with that? Nothing, judging by the flood of holidaymaker's arriving every day, all year round, many of whom return time after time.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South - Reina Sofia is just 20 km from the airport. Cheap flights available from www.cheapestflights.co.uk or www.ba.com from all Airports. Car hire available from the Airport Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 20 euros from the Airport.

Payment Terms - Booking Deposit and Balance For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£100 per Week) or (30% of the Full Cost) Which is Greater, should be sent to us, along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you. You will receive the invoice for the Remainder of the Balance & a Payment Plan if requested. This final balance should be settled in full by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) by the due date. We reserve the right to cancel any booking when payment is not received by the due date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total amount is due immediately & should be sent to us,along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Confirmation of payment will be sent by return. Provisional telephone bookings are held for a short time, pending receipt of the due Deposit (or full balance if within 8 weeks of arrival) and the fully completed and signed Booking Form. A confirmation of your booking will be sent by return post. Breakage's (On all Rentals) & Excess Cleaning Deposit (On the Villa’s Only) A Breakage's / Excess Cleaning Deposit of at Least £100.00 per Villa is payable by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) and due at the same time as the final balance before your arrival. The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival, and either to replace any losses or breakage's or pay the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any Damage done to the Property, and any Excess Cleaning charges should the property not be left as found on arrival. Deposit refund via Cheque or via your Debit/Credit Card less any deduction. (Please Contact on Return) A Deduction will be made from your Deposit if your Lose your Key and have to Call Out your Agent Between 6pm & 10am. (30€) Arrivals and Departures The Keys for the Villa’s & Apartments are available on arrival between 2:00 & 3.00pm, & must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Please leave your Villa’s & Apartments clean & tidy on departure. Please leave your Keys in the Apartment, Villa, or at the Complex Reception. Holiday Cancellation Registered post or recorded delivery letter must be sent as written notice of cancellation. In all cases the Deposit is non-returnable. Cancellation is more than 8 Weeks before Departure, We will refund Monies less 30% of Total Rental. Cancellation is less than 8 Weeks before Departure, We will refund Monies less 50% of Total Rental. Cancellation is less than 6 Weeks before Departure, We cannot refund Monies Paid, 100% of Total Rental. Our On-Site Agents Our Management Agent are there to help you during your Stay, If you need their services our Management Agents must be given ample time to investigate to remedy Any situation that may arise during your stay. Please report any faults to your Agent as ASAP. Use of the Swimming Pool The Swimming Pools are unsupervised. Use of the swimming pool is subject to acknowledgement of the Swimming Pool Safety Board on the side of the Pool and S.I.H’s are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property.
