Villa | 5 bedrooms | sleeps 10

This private villa near the beach is situated in the Bay of Gi
altar (Spain), a 20-minute drive from Tarifa beaches, within Los Alcornocales National Park, on a 400 hectares farm.

It is a beautifully restored old grain mill, dating back to the 16th century and now furnished to the highest and most modern standards. Many of the original features have been preserved; and its thick walls keep the villa wonderfully cool even in summer.

It has a rear terrace, which features a barbecue and a shaded area, perfect to keep safe from the midday sun and still enjoy a lovely outdoor meal.

The nearest beaches are only 3km away.

Children and guests in general can enjoy the shared swimming pool and other leisure areas, such as a sand pit, ping pong table and much more.

The area downstairs has a large open-plan design, with vaulted ceilings that join the modern kitchen and
eakfast bar together with the dining area and the sitting room.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 people since it affords three large double bedrooms, a twin children’s bedroom and two single bedrooms. There are three bathrooms; two of them with a bathtub and shower, and the third one with shower only.

This private villa near the beach may be the perfect spot for an unforgettable stay.
