Spacious 1 Bedroom, One Bathroom in Mid-City at Park La Brea
Beverly Hill- Chicago Style is a ground floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom that is suitable for up to 4 guest. The unit is completely private and offers a friendly neighborhood for venturing out.
This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom "Chicago Style, Unit 2" is a Beverly Hills apartment that has over 1200 square feet of space. In the living room we have a 46" HDTV where you can relax on our custom build sofa lounge. Or you may decide to read a book by, or on, our balcony which over looks the famous Park Labrea Apartments. It's such a lovely view.
We have a work station set up for you off-set from our living space. As well as a large kitchen which is fully stocked with all necessities. Our Dining area comfortably seats six people if you are having guest over. And we can comfortably sleep up two 4 people with our two queen sized beds in our bedroom.
The apartment is located within 1 block of Ralphs, Rite-Aid, and Chipotle on Whilshire. If you are traveling for business or pleasure we provide a shared parking garage where you may keep your car. Hancock park is also near by for joggers as well as LACMA where you may decide to spend the day checking out Los Angeles' greatest collection of art.
If you are traveling without a car there is a metro bus stop just 1 block south of our unit on Whilshire.
This unit is located between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills in the Mid-Wilshire area. You will absolutely love it. We suggest stopping by Marie Calendars on Sundays for the all you can eat buffet brunch. It's amazing!
Guest have access to the entire apartment home- including all utilities (for short-term guest). Long-term renters may have caps on electrical usage up to normal usage.
Interaction with Guests
Stay City Rentals strives to have as little interaction with guest as possible. We want you to assume the role of a true tenant- and only call upon us if you need something. Once you book- your entire experience will be automated unless we need to speak with each other.
This apartment is located in the Mid-Whilshire area. Mid-Whilshire is where Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills come together. Popular land marks are LACMA and The Grove.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
In order to book you must send our company a reservation request through Holiday Lettings. We do not block our calendars through this site for quotes. It is important to note that Holiday Lettings does not charge City Transient Occupancy tax which is calculated at 14% of the rental rate. You may research the validity of City Tax in Los Angeles on Vacation Rentals through online research. It is highly unlikely that a professional vacation home in the City of LA will not charge this tax.
City tax will be billed at checkin along with any parking charges which are also not calculated on Holiday Lettings site. All guest are required to fill out a short-term rental agreement and place a card/ID on file. Therefore, city tax may not be paid in.
You may request your rental agreement prior to arrival to speed up your checkin time or you may fill it out upon arrival. Upon booking we do require all guest to send us an email that they check and a working phone number they will be traveling with to ensure we may send you directions to the property and/or communicate with you if you are lost or late upon arrival. Please do see our checkin policy below.
PARKING IS INCLUDED IN YOU RENTAL RATE AT THIS LOCATION.
Checkins at this property are free from 4 pm to 9 pm
Early Checkins are billed at $40.00 from 12 to 4 pm
Extra Early Checkins are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax
Late Checkins 9 pm to 12:15 am are billed at $40.00 for the selected waiting hour in the arrival information
Checkins after 12:15 pm are billed at $60.00 and must be scheduled 72 hours in advance
Our company does not allow self-checkins at any of it's properties and all guest must present the card they've used to book the rental and photo ID a the time of Checkin. If you do book this property please make sure to visit our Guest Services page to arrange your checkin time. You will also be sent an email after booking with the same request form to schedule your arrival.
All checkouts are prompt at 11 am.
Late checkouts until 2 pm are billed at $40.00 and are subject to availability the day of departure
Late checkouts purchased in advance to secure a late checkout, regardless of checkout time, or for checkouts passed 2 pm, subject to availability at the time of request and are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax.
All of our companies properties are self-checkout properties. Upon checkout you will need to call our checkout line at 3 to time check your checkout. This will voicemail will time-stamp your checkout time for your records and also notify the housekeeping team that you are ready for your housekeeper to clean your unit on departure.
