This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located in the same building as our "Beverly Hills- Chicago Style Unit" If you are traveling with a large party or just need some more space this unit may be ideal for you. You'll be centrally located in the Heart of Los Angeles near Park La Brea which is Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Bevelry Hills adjacent. Mid-Whilshire proper is where these three areas of Los Angeles come together. A few of the most popular land marks near this rental include; The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), The La Brea Tar Pits, Park La Brea, 3rd Street shopping/dining, Melrose Ave, and The Grove.

There are two entrances to this unit through the living area and the kitchen area. Our living area is stocked with two plush sofa's- one of which folds out into queen sized bed. The living area is seperated into two areas A) The entertainment area, which includeds a 50 Inch Flat Screen with a comfort tilt and B) a reading area near the large windows facing 6th Street.

The kitchen is stocked with the basic essentials and includes a refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dual oven and stove. The Kitchen area is completely seperate from the entire apartment which makes it nice when cooking. Our dining area is on the smaller size for this large apartment but can accommodate up to 6 persons if needed.

Down the hallway of this unit there are two storage closets and two bedrooms. The Master bedroom is fitted with a King Size Bed and a 37 inch television, also with basic cable service. The entire apartment has access to the Wifi- but the Wifi box is located in the Master Bedroom where there is also a traveler's work station.

In the spare room we have placed two twin beds. This room's theme is geared toward children but adults are welcome to stay here as well. We decided to do a more child like theme in this room as we do host many families who would like seperate sleeping assignments for their children.

The bathroom of this unit is located at the end of the hall and has a tub-bath and a shower-bath. Please note this is not a dual-bath set up. There is actually a bath and a seperate shower in the same room. The bathroom has great 1950's style tile- which has been well kept over the years.

This unit comes with one single small garage for a compact car. I drive a 2011 Kia Soul and my car just fits in this garage- even though it's a very tight fit.

Please note if you are traveling with a Van/SUV we can offer you a street parking pass for your stay but this must be disclosed via your rental agreement. There is no additional charge for parking passes but they are valued at $150.00 against your deposit- so not losing them is very important.

This unit is very fairly priced in opposition to hotels and offers a very neighborhoodish feel to LA. Locals actually seek out places to live like this building for it's central location and beautiful neighborhood appeal.
