ABOUT THIS RENTAL:
Our apartment is a part of a premier resort apartment community gracing the dynamic new downtown Los Angeles skyline. Just minutes walking to the LA Convention Center and LA Live- We have inspected all of the 10 apartment layouts and chosen the best layouts for our guest. This location is truly the best choice for upscale visits in Los Angeles.
This one bedroom, one bathroom luxury apartment is being decorated to suit everyone from business traveler's to vacationers. The living area is decorated with a lovely fold out sofa (full to queen sized) which sleeps up to two people. There is a 46 inch flat screen, equipped with Direct TV / Basic Cable, and wireless Internet. And the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for yourself- or your travel companions.
Stay City Rental's never skimps on bedding. We provide high quality, medium-firm, mattresses for all of our guest. Everyone loves sleeping on our beds and we get lots of compliments on our mattress selection.
The bathroom of this unit are very large and have a shower/bath with sliding glass doors. There is a large vanity and separate toilet area in each of the rentals making them easy to navigate around for things in the bathroom area.
Best of all this unit has a wonderful balcony where you may sit outside and enjoy your day reading a book, sharing a meal, or having a coffee.
The luxury doesn't stop at our apartment though- this is a luxury community where you may enjoy a day tanning, getting a massage, running around the quarter mile track, visiting either of the two on-site gyms, swimming in the Olympic-sized pool, laying out on the roof, or even just relaxing in the on-site library.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
In order to book you must send our company a reservation request through Holiday Lettings. We do not block our calendars through this site for quotes. It is important to note that Holiday Lettings does not charge City Transient Occupancy tax which is calculated at 14% of the rental rate. You may research the validity of City Tax in Los Angeles on Vacation Rentals through online research. It is highly unlikely that a professional vacation home in the City of LA will not charge this tax.
City tax will be billed at checkin along with any parking charges which are also not calculated on Holiday Lettings site. All guest are required to fill out a short-term rental agreement and place a card/ID on file. Therefore, city tax may not be paid in.
You may request your rental agreement prior to arrival to speed up your checkin time or you may fill it out upon arrival. Upon booking we do require all guest to send us an email that they check and a working phone number they will be traveling with to ensure we may send you directions to the property and/or communicate with you if you are lost or late upon arrival. Please do see our checkin policy below.
PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL LOCATION. PARKING WILL BE BILLED AT $10.00 PER DAY ALONG WITH CITY TAX UPON ARRIVAL.
Checkins at this property are free from 4 pm to 9 pm
Early Checkins are billed at $40.00 from 12 to 4 pm
Extra Early Checkins are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax
Late Checkins 9 pm to 12:15 am are billed at $40.00 for the selected waiting hour in the arrival information
Checkins after 12:15 pm are billed at $60.00 and must be scheduled 72 hours in advance
Our company does not allow self-checkins at any of it's properties and all guest must present the card they've used to book the rental and photo ID a the time of Checkin. If you do book this property please make sure to visit our Guest Services page to arrange your checkin time. You will also be sent an email after booking with the same request form to schedule your arrival.
All checkouts are prompt at 11 am.
Late checkouts until 2 pm are billed at $40.00 and are subject to availability the day of departure
Late checkouts purchased in advance to secure a late checkout, regardless of checkout time, or for checkouts passed 2 pm, subject to availability at the time of request and are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax.
All of our companies properties are self-checkout properties. Upon checkout you will need to call our checkout line at 3 to time check your checkout. This will voicemail will time-stamp your checkout time for your records and also notify the housekeeping team that you are ready for your housekeeper to clean your unit on departure.
Every rental is supplied with 1 set of keys that is covered by their security deposit. Because most (not all) of rentals have mechanical locks and gated parking we do charge a $150.00 deposit per key and garage remote for additional sets. This is the exact cost to our company to have these mechanical keys/garage remotes replaced. If you are staying with us and need a new key you may place the deposit for additional key sets and remotes with any of our agents. Please note this fee does apply to all properties. If a key is lost at any of our properties or not returned- this deposit will cover the cost of changing the locks prior to the next guest arrival. Thank you for your understanding. Please note key deposits are returned upon exit as long as the keys are returned.
