This luxury 1st floor apartment is built to a very high standard with a balcony overlooking landscaped gardens and communal swimming pools. The communal pools are a prize winning design each with a splash pool for young children. The property includes a flat screen TV showing British TV including all terrestrial channels plus several sky channels. A DVD player and DVDs are also available.
Full self catering facilities including an over and hob, fridge freeze, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and CD player are also available along with sun loungers to use around the pool. The spacious patio has a table and 4 chairs for you to relax and enjoy the evening sun.There is a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom which can be zipped together to make a double.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Region of Murcia has miles of sandy beaches – the Costa Calida ( Warm Coast ) - rugged mountains and lakes - fertile plains capable of growing pretty much anything from salad vegetables to cotton and rice, oranges and lemons to grapes and apricots. Murcia has all of this as well as the healthiest climate in Europe (according to the World Health Organisation) with more than 320 days of sunshine per year.
Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area
Los Alcazares is located 10 mins drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 50 mins from Alicante Airport. Numerous low cost airlines fly into the region from all over the UK & Ireland. Car hire is not required unless you wish to explore. 2 supermarkets and several cash points are within a 5 minute walk.
An abundance of bars and restaurants are all centrally located along the pedestrian Rio nalon square which again is no more than 5 minutes walk. The beach is easily within walking distance no more than 10 minutes walk.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance will be requested 6 weeks prior to departure.
A damage deposit cheque of £100 will be requested as a bond for breakages or damages.
