About the home

This brand new luxury penthouse apartment is furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring throughout. It is set in a quiet location in superb landscaped gardens. A large balcony furnished with table and chairs overlooks the communal swimming pool. The penthouse apartment also benefits from a very large private furnished roof terrace for sunbathing/relaxing. This also overlooks the swimming pool.

ACCOMMODATION: Fully fitted kitchen and adjacent sitting room. Cable TV with many English channels (BBC, ITV etc). DVD player. 2 double bedrooms, 1 en-suite. Both with fitted wardrobes. One additional main bathroom. Bath towels and linen are provided for your stay. The underground car park offers secure parking and is served by a lift.

The fantastic resort of Roda Golf is located only 1.5 miles from the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor and boasts around 310 days sunshine per year.

Murcia and Cartagena are the largest cities in the area. Los Alcazares is a bustling Spanish resort on the Mar Menor Lagoon, with plenty of shops restaurants and cafes.

The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area

Roda Golf resort is a luxury 5* resort boasting an 18 hold Par 72 golf course designed by Dave Thomas who also designed the Brabazon course at the De Vere Belfry, the Ryder Cup venue in Birmingham, UK. It is within the resort grounds and within easy walking distance of the apartment. Our guests will benefit from a discount on green fees. The resort is also home to the first European PGA academy with latest training facilities for all ages and abilities. The resort is close to other famous golf courses, including the famous La Manga Resort.

The Club House on site has a first class restaurant where you can eat throughout the day, from breakfast, tapas or evening meals. Evenings can be spent soaking up the atmosphere with a drink overlooking the beautiful green course. The Club House is stunning - see pictures.

Roda also has is own private beach club on the Med which guests can use in high season. A shuttle bus is provided back and forth from the resort for a small fee. The resort has been designed with security in mind, with a barrier controlled front gate and 24hr surveillance and security patrols. The nearest town is Los Alcazares, with supermarkets, shops, banks, bicycle hire, bars and restaurants - 1 km.
