Home description
Beautiful Spanish Villa with its own private pool and private gardens. Situated in a good area popular with the international community. It is a 1 minute walk into the centre of Los Alcazares and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and the Apartment on the same complex has 2 bedrooms. The apartment is 50 metres away from the villa.
The lounge is large with an American style fully fitted kitchen. There are 5 good sized bedrooms and we can put two put up beds in the villa should you need them.
Private Pool and large gardens at the front and back of the house. The garden is sunny all day and has a hand built BBQ with pagola with seating.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Blanca and Costa Calida are situated on Spain's south east coast, belonging to Alicante province. We have two airports.
Alicante is the largest and handles flights from all over Europe and the UK. You can visit us in just over 2 hours.
The city and airport of Alicante are situated about 45 minutes drive north of our offices at Playa Golf near Villa-Martin and one of the largest towns along the Costa Blanca Coast.
The city of Alicante is worth exploring with its magnificent harbour as well as its large choice of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. Here you will find a large range of shops and boutiques and many places and places of interest.
San Javier-airport is to the south of our region and covers the largely unspoilt Costa Calida .The airport is just to the north of the Mar Menor (Lesser sea) with its huge choice of Leisure activities including water sports sailing and of course golf .The airport carries the name Murcia but the city of Murcia is actually 40k inland. The airport is also serviced by flights from major cities in Europe and many budget flights from the UK.
The city of Murcia is again worth a visit for a sample of cuisine and value for money, which is harder to find on the coast. The Cathedral is out of this world!
The area has welcomed visitors now for many years of which many have decided to make the area their home. From Guadamar 15 km south of Alicante with its superb beaches and night market .The town is very Spanish in feel and the side streets hide some excellent value restaurants catering for every budget.
Los Alcazares area
Los Alacazares on the other hand offers every kind of facility for a larger town with some fantastic eating places, some excellent nightlife, festivals and carnivals throughout the year, as well as a twice weekly local market selling everything from curtains to very fresh local vegetables.
How to get there
The closest airport to fly into is Murcia, San Javier (MJV). Most low cost airlines fly into this airport, use www.skyscanner.net to search for these. The villa is a 10 minute drive south of the airport.

We are a fully legal Estate and Letting agent based in Villamartin, Alicante. We are the largest Letting agent on the Costa Blanca South with over 400 properties available for Long and Short Term Lettings.
We do have a HSBC UK account that you can transfer funds into if you prefer with no surcharge.
All of our properties have health and safety checks on a regular basis and unless specified are child friendly. However should you have a problem whilst in resort we do have a full maintenance team and support staff at hand 24 hours per day
We also have two 8 seat mini buses with drivers at your disposal if you are not hiring a car whilst here. A local return journey cost just €40, this price is for the coach not per person.
We can pick you up from either Alicante or Murcia Airport; this service is offered 24 hours per day at very reasonable prices.

Air Conditioning is included in the rental cost. If you are arriving outside office hours, a €30 meet and greet fee will be payable to your rep on arrival.
Keys can be collected during office hours 10am-6pm. Full details will be given at the time of bookings. A deposit of GBP 300 is required to make a booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We will need a credit card or cash security deposit of €300 should there be any breakages. This amount will be refunded to you within 7 days of leaving the property.
