Furnished to a high standard, the apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with a private gated patio areas front & back,. The complex offers the facility of 2 communal pools for the sole use of residents and guests. The spacious open plan Lounge is tastefully furnished, with sideboard housing TV, CD/DVD, . Settee and Chair and occasional tables give this a home from home feel. Sliding double doors lead to the front patio area, where you can watch the balmy sunset over the mountains.
An American Style Kitchen, is fitted with all the necessary utilities for a comfortable stay. An adjoining Dining area contains dark wood table and 4 chairs.
Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, side cabinets, and lamps. The Main Bedroom has has Double bed. The Twin room is furnished with 2 single beds.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, hand basin, WC, bidet and tiled throughout.

The Costa Calida region
Although the Costa Calida is relatively unknown there´s lots to see and do. With more than 315 sunny days a year the region is the perfect destination for people who love sunbathing. The winters are mild, with minimum temperatures of 17 degrees cecius. Besides sunbathing on one of the many sandy beaches, you can also sail, scuba-dive, or practice other watersports or even try one of the healing mudbaths. In addition the area is full of culture if you just take a visit to the ancient cities of Murcia Town and Cartegena.
The Los Alcazares / Pueblo Patricia area
Los Alcazares is located 10 mins drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 50 mins from Alicante Airport. Numerous low cost airlines fly into the region from all over the UK & Ireland. Although a car is not essectial, it is recommended for expoloring the surround areas, local cities and places of interest.
There are several supermarkets and banks all within walking distance. Local restaurants offer a good variety of food, from typically Spanish to Asian, Chinese and India, together with several English restauants. The fertile countryside keeps the local markets well stocked with bundles of fresh produce, which take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Had a great time the apartment had everthing you could possibly need close to the pool beach and restaurants. Kids loved the nightly fair and market. It was an ideal location and Deborah was really helpful and picked usfrom airport with door to door transport. We will definatly be returning and would happily recommend this to friends and family. |
