For those families who wish to holiday together, we have another 3 bedroom apartment (ground floor), approximately 30 seconds walk from Casa Michael, (Holiday Lettings ref : 68490 - Casa Paul).
This is a beautifully 3 bedroom apartment furnished to the very highest standard. The master bedroom
Includes and en-suite bathroom with shower facility and a separate shower room and toiler immediately outside of the twin bedrooms.
The living/dining area and bedrooms have full air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the conveniences require to service the most elaborate meals. The front room living area and dining area can adequately accommodate 6 persons.
There is sky television and a DVD to keep you abreast of news and other programmes of interest.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is well suited to wheel chairs and there is a pathway leading in to the building and a lift to the 1st floor.
Our hosts will be at the Bungalow to meet you on your arrival at Casa Michael and will be available to answer any questions that you may have during your stay.
We provide all of the necessary essentials, hair dryer, corkscrews/bottle openers and English/European socket adaptors to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
During your vacation our hosts will provide you with 24 hour emergency telephone service that in the event of sickness or injury, they will visit and if necessary, take you to the local medical centre for treatement and return you to the villa or if you require any assistance during your stay you just need to call them (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied).
A "Meet & Greet" service is provided to all of our clients irrespective of your time of arrival, so feel sure you will be welcomed without needing to obtain keys. If you get lost during your journey, please ring our host´s, they will talk you in to the Villa or ask you to park and they will find you. (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied).
A "Welcom Pack" service is available for late arrivals, your hosts will telephone you at home prior to your departure to Spain, you provide them with a list of essential supermarket items and they will provide you with the receipt for payment. (This is a complimentary service - no charge applied).
Check-out time is also flexible, departure time to be agreed with your hosts during your stay - there is no supplementary charge for late departure - no charge applied.
There is an electronic safe in the bungalow for your personal items.
For those families that need a cot/high chair/stair gate, please discuss with our hosts prior to your arrival, their prices are very compeitive.

Casa Michael is a phase 1 build with the apartment located within 100 metres of the Security Main Gate.
There are 2 large supermarkets within minutes drive from Casa Michael as well as the Los Alcazares Shopping Mall providing many different choices of restaurants and bars to suite your taste buds.
The Mar Menor golden beaches are now only minutes walk from the Mall and by fact it is a Lagoon, the temperature of the water is warmer and only small wave ripples which is really great for the toddlers having a paddle.
Casa Michael benefits from secure basement parking and a store room to locate your golf clubs or bicycles during your stay.
You are not restricted to any communal pool and the choice is yours as to which pool suites you best, to the rear of the apartment there is children's play area with climbing frame and other facilities to keep the children occupied during your stay.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking
Full Payment is required 6 weeks prior to your vacation commencing
Payment via Pay Pal, Sterling Cheque, Bank Transfer and Cash on Arrival for late bookings accepted
A €100.00 euro cash deposit is required to cover any possible breakages and will be returned to you within 7 days of leaving the apartment
There is a strict no-smoking policy within the apartment, smoking restricted to the terrace area

Los Alcazares is located along the coast of Mar Menor with its natural salt water lagoon, with notable places such as Alicante within 1 hours drive to the North and Cartagena 20 minutes drive to the South. Cartagena is renown for its Spanish Naval base and boast the 1st Iron Submarine to be built in the World.
The city of Murcia can be reached by car in approximately 30 minutes offering a wide variation of activities and interest for all of the family including Aqua Parks, 10 Pin Bowling and a shoppers paradise at Nuevo Condomina which hosts such names as Zara, Pri Mark and other well known household names.
The climate and sea water temperature in Mar Menor is in fact notably higher than other resorts on Spain's Eastern coast by fact of the salt water lagoon which is not only waveless but offers superb swimming conditions for younger children and families as a whole.
Between Los Alcazares and Murcia there a further 7-8 international golfing venues, La-Torre, Mar Menor Golf Resort, Mosa Trajectum, El Valle to name but a few.
The Los Alcazares / Roda Golf area
Los Alcazares by fact of its location in Mar Menor, offers a wide selection of sandy beaches, clear blue sea water with many surrounding fishing towns who daily trawl for fresh sea prawns and other varieties of fish.
Throughout spring and summer Los Alcazares is a hive of activity with its sea food fish restaurants, bars and cafe´s not forgetting the many golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

The beach and promenade are also located a short distance from the apartment and a short taxi ride costing €5-6 euros will adequately compensate for a hiring a car during your vacation.
Los Alcazares and the surrounding area is also well known for its local markets such as San Pedro, Santiago de la Libera offering freshly harvested vegetables, clothing and jewellery at extremely low prices.

The local airport is (San Javier) Murcia and is located approximately 5 - 10 minutes drive from the airport or local taxi costing around €12.00 - €16.00 euros.

If flights and schedules are not convenient to fly in to San Javier, you have the choice to fly to Alicante as an alternative airport, the drive is approximately 45 minutes to the apartment.
