Master bedroom with en-suite and a further bathroom/shower room serving 2 twin-bedded rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Lounge/dining area with balcony equipped with table and chairs. Recently furnished to a high standard.

A few metres from the swimming pool and golf course. Golf discounts available for those renting this apartment.

This complex is security gated 24 hours. Excellent Golf facilities, designed by Dave Thomas. Excellent club house. Own exclusive Beach Club on La Manga available by arranged transport from reception.

There will be a payment of £100.00 required, with the balance as a security bond for damage. This money will be returned to you with hand-over of keys

Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.
Minimum stay three nights.
